Gentleman has been very good in all aspect. When he came and did the home inspection without any kind of expectation. I felt like this was some kind of a community service and you still add the discussion of i'm making your own decision

Do not use these guys. Their tech was good, but put the full court up sell on. That really wasn’t my issue though. The issue is that they charged me $600 to replace 2 capacitors. The capacitors cost about $20 on Amazon and took him all of about 10min to replace. Most companies would do that work for $50-$100 (that includes the service visit fee). I went with them because I always try to use local businesses (Frisco) when I can. My mistake. He also knew what the problem was the minute he saw the Trane unit that is only 2 yrs old. I was also annoyed to find out that this was in fact covered under the Trane warranty. The tech told me it would not be since the capacitor is a wear item. The next day I called Trane and they said it would have been covered under warranty since the unit is only 2 years old

This is my second time using the services of OneHour Frisco, and once again, it was a pleasant experience. They offered me an impromptu appointment and even called to check if I preferred an earlier slot due to a cancellation. Their flexibility and responsiveness are commendable.

Amazing team…Highly experienced technician and explained the problem with details. Turnaround time was like 1 hour as they have their name. Highly recommended.

No A/C on this HOT texas day. Thanks to One Hour Fisco, Ali came out today. Found the burnt wire (main power line connected to contactor and control board) and was fixed and running in no time! That could have been a catastrophe for me and my cat. Ali was very professional, intuitive in quickly solving the problem, excellent A/C repairs person. Will definitely call One Hour A/C Frisco for repairs/service. We'll done Ali.

We called Force Home Services to look at my elderly fathers AC after a not so great experience with another company.
Each person that we spoke with at Force were professional and courteous, and they answered all of our questions in a timing manner even when we needed help over the weekend. We ended up needing a new unit. They even shared about a rebate that our town offered. They were up front about their pricing and sent a detailed invoice. I greatly appreciate their quick work and going the extra mile to help their customers save a little money on a very unexpected expense. -
I don’t have many memberships, but I value this one! Totally worth it! All the techs are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Mark was outstanding!

Jax has serviced our plumbing needs
for years. He’s punctual, pleasant, always seems to know what to do to take care of whatever we need & completes the job in a timely fashion. -
We hired Force home services after noticing a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The leak turned out to be from a shower cartridge upstairs that needed to be replaced. This is fairly common and can easily be fixed without tearing out drywall. Unfortunately Force Home Services did over $1000 of unnecessary dry wall and tile tear out before taking the less invasive and less costly approach of first checking the shower cartridge. In addition to the damage they billed over $300 for the cartridge replacement. I would of been ok with the repair had they not done so much unnecessary damage. Multiple attempts were made to resolve this issue with the company and give them the opportunity to correct this before writing this negative review, but it was very difficult to get them to return phone calls. After almost two weeks of making phone calls I finally spoke with Brian. Brian talked in circles and acknowledged that tearing out drywall is not necessary to replace a cartridge but he still chose to defend what they did. I would not recommend this company.

Technician Jax came to our home to give a diagnosis. He was able to pinpoint the situation, gave us options. He was very knowledgeable I thank him for his service and would use force home services again in the future.

Always can count on Force home services to do the job right, i have hired several plumbing companies over my years of home ownership, and they are the most reliable to fix your plumbing the proper way. I have worked with Jax a few times and he has been great. He never rushes the job and explains your options fully.

Just had my first plumping and HVAC inspection with Force Home Services. Rene looked at my plumbing and Patrick took a look at my furnace and AC. Both technicians were very curious and knowledgeable, and left my home in better shape than before they arrived. I am very grateful for their work and education. I cannot recommend Force Home enough.

Force Horne Services does excellent work. We have used them for over 15 years. They are very straightforward and easy to deal with.

Brisco was great! Very personable and thorough. He arrived on time and offered to change the filters while he was working, and offered solid advice. He was efficient and knew what he was doing.

Force Home Services gave me a quick but effective lesson in water heater ownership. When our 3-year old water heater (installed by Force Home Services) stopped producing hot water (cold water was fine), I called for help. A technician promptly came out and resolved the problem. It was a Flood Stop leak detector which was installed with the water heater. It was probably explained how this thing works at the time of install. I forgot it even existed. As it turns out, it is battery powered (a message on the cover would be good). Of course the battery or batteries were dead. The service cost to replace the battery was $99.00. There were several lessons learned by me on this day.
after the owner's reply: I fully understand it is expensive to send out a truck. It is also expensive for me to pay for this truck to be sent. I suggest because you folks installed the system, our residence is in Flower Mound which MUST have a Flood Stop type of device, and our water heater is relatively new, it might have been appropriate during the trouble call for your office person to have said something like: "Are you familiar with the leak prevention device on your water heater? I think you'll find you have one. It's called Flood Stop and its batteries will need to be replaced after a period of time. We can send a technician to check things out, but you might want to check the batteries first. This might be a quick, simple, and inexpensive fix you can do yourself." This is about 30 seconds worth of conversation that most businesses would be glad to have with a customer who is their friend. I estimate your loaded labor cost for this conversation is about $1.00 which is money well spent to maintain a loyal customer relationship. I deal with other service providers who think this way and I appreciate them. I continue to do business with them. -
I’m on oxygen and not able to actually watch what your technicians are doing when they are here. Regarding the last visit,. two issues: The technician left the site (to get a part)without making sure that the unit was operating properly leaving us in the heat. He did eventually return and was corrected for his omission by his superior (Mark) but upon leaving the 2nd time someone? left the attic pull down ladder in the down position, allowing hot air into the house until my daughter discovered it.Please instruct all your technicians to insure that all covers, doors and equipment are properly returned to their proper operating position before leaving the site. Thank you

Update** its been over a week and haven’t heard back from the Customer Service Lead/Drew.
The plumbers did fix the leak in my house (shower cartridge) but in the process, they also unnecessarily cut through dry wall upstairs and downstairs to find the leak. It was the shower cartridge and should have been the initial place to start, not tearing through dry wall/removing tile. I’ve been estimated $1200-1600 to fix this new damage and no call back from Force Homes.
Initially good service, informative and timely! Jax was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. This was the initial diagnostic appointment. Thank you all! -
Once again Force Home Services did a great job! Cody and his assistant replaced both my toilets. When they found a glitch, Cody informed me immediately and worked to find the best solution that would also be cost effective for me. I’ve been using this company for my plumbing needs since December 2022. I love how I feel like part of their family!
