Felix came out on Christmas Eve right away and replaced my contactor. He recommended I change out a capacitor as well and showed and told me why. He was incredibly transperant with his services. Felix and his team are clearly trying to do a positive thing for Denton and the community with how they work.

First time to use this company. I received a "coupon" mailer for deal on drain clean-out. I happened to need one, so I called. I was prepared for the old bait and switch. Ended up with a great experience. Plumber Chance, took his time, explained what he was finding, and included a video inspection. All for advertised price. No trying to up-sale me on additional services. Will definitely use again.

These guys are a top notch service company. I had them out for a routine tune up and was very pleased on the entire process and how they handled it. We had their tech Felix out and he was very personable and respectful. He even wore shoe booties while in our house. We signed up on their membership program and will be using them from now on. Highly recommend.

Walt came out the same day to look at my A/C unit. He actually beat me home and came back out after 5 to help us. Great guy to work with. Fixed our unit the same day!

I called to simply have someone come take a look at my furnace. The guy I spoke with was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He said he's too busy with commercial jobs and it would be at least 2 months. Before I could say anything he said BYE and hung up. What a jerk. I would never do business with someone that unprofessional.
