I really appreciate the work the Rite Now technicians did. Initially we worked with Jace, who showed up promptly, was respectful and knowledgeable. Later his field supervisor Felix came by to ensure everything was going well. They identified the issue with our AC unit and provided a quick solution. I’m glad we called them today because, this could have become a much larger problem within a few days (ceiling was already being noticeably damaged). Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised with my service from Jeff at RITE NOW. He came quickly and found that my HVAC still had time left on its warranty. He went out of his way to get the parts quickly and had me back up and running in no time. I thought it was going to be a miserable weekend without air conditioning but he saved the day.

I recently learnt my AC was not going to last the summer, this is concerning especially when you live in Texas! The incumbent provided a quote which shocked me! I was forced to conduct due diligence and invited 3 other players to this party, being open and honest with all of them. Felix from Rite Now was the only one that conducted a complete site survey including airflow calculations to verify what I had was correct, he did not work of the assumption that anyone else had done their work properly! I ended up adding extras to my quote and it came in far more cost effective than the incumbent(7k cheaper) and inline with another company but Felix did way more and earned the business.

The installation went smooth they arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. Well almost, as they were about to change the breakers they were concerned about some labeling and called out an electrician for verification, all on their cost. They got the green light and moved forward, what was even better was that their electrician provided me a ton of insight to potential dangers, which I am rectifying as we speak.

Felix and Jeff were both pleasant, friendly and super hardworking. Their passion for their job shines through and while I was a little skeptical at first, I had a ton of confidence in the top tier product they supply and having met Felix in person I knew straight away that his workmanship was going to be top notch.

At the very least get them out as an option, I know that once you meet them you will know what I mean! They are awesome and highly recommend them.

Contacted Rite Now for a diagnostic on my AC unit. Felix was there quickly. Since then he has made multiple visits to my home in order to give me thorough feedback and considerate options for how to approach the problem. Very much looking forward to working with Rite Now for an AC system replacement now and more services in the future!
