We've had the pleasure of having Force techs in our home for several jobs since we moved here a few years ago. Today we had Jax here to install a new toilet. The Force team is ALWAYS super friendly, highly skilled, on-time, and they provide outstanding communications (to include sending the name and photo of the tech before they come). So happy we found this team! You'll be glad you did as well.

Cody was great! He was so kind to make sure we knew exactly what was going on, giving us options for how to proceed with our repair and was great a communicating when he would arrive at the house.

We found Force Home Services through The Good Contractors List. From our first contact, they were professional and helpful. Larry helped us on the front end when figuring out the what we needed and giving us some options to fit our budget. Jorge was our installer and did a great job. It’s never fun to sink money into your HVAC system but this company makes sure you are taken care of and confident with your purchase. I will definitely use them again.

Larry was informative and provided detailed explanation with photos and videos of what he observed in our attic regarding the efficiency/inefficiency of our a/c. He shared how any repairs needed would be completed and their benefits. He changed out our a/c filter and scheduled repairs. Thanks for sending Larry out to service our air conditioner, it was a pleasant and educational experience.

Patrick checked to make sure my heater was working properly since the furnace installation. He also saved me from purchasing a new dryer as a painter had painted over my outside vent. Patrick was kind, professional and helpful. Thank you Patrick.

Jaxon and James stopped by to check on ole bessie the furnace. While tuning up the system they notice something that could have caused a flood in my home and corrected the problem immediately. It's always great to have two sets of eyes for things missed. Also big kudos to Michael Anya and parts runner Roger to have additional filters ready to be delivered same day. Teamwork makes the dreamwork and customer happy!! 💪🏾💪🏾

Larry Rogers did a great job servicing our furnace and diagnosing issues with our AC system. He was knowledgeable and patient in clearly explaining everything to me. Really enjoyed the visit despite the unfortunate circumstance. His employer and homeowners he has served should feel very fortunate to have Larry on the team! Thank you, Larry

Just got cut off pretty rudely by one of there drivers. The bald Caucasian gentleman with a brown bird and sunglasses was tailgating so close to the car I front of him. That he jumped over last minute with a signal to cut me off and I wasn’t even speeding in my line or we would have wrecked.

As a GC raised kid and a tech and marketing owner of several companies. Just plan better and be on time without rushing to where you could risk injuring someone. And consider being more kind to everyone bc you never know where you’re next bad review will come from. This time from a bad resident experience bc a not so nice driver/technician!

The guys were able to replace my water heater same day. The gas control valve seemed to be having issues and the unit was about 12 years old. I really appreciated that they laid out all of their pricing options and were fully transparent with any and all of my questions. I felt like I was able to make a good, informed decision with the information provided to me (as someone who doesn't know the first thing about plumbing). Great work, reasonable pricing, and same-day service is hard to beat!

Great company. I called around several AC companies because our AC had gone out. Force Home Services gave us the best quote! Our technician was Patrick (I noticed he was in another 5 star review!) I really appreciated his kindness and hard work. He was able to fix the problem with our AC and did not try to upsell us or be pushy about anything.
If I have any future AC problems (knock on wood!!) I will definitely be reaching out to them!

I used a special deal from a mailer to get an HVAC and plumbing inspection and maintenance service. Both techs were very nice and considerate, worked efficiently, answered all of my questions, and gave me low pressure quotes for suggested services. We ended up getting our hot water heater replaced with their new year special that they texted us about, and was able to pay a little extra to include some upgraded features we were quoted for in our first service. We will keep using these folks for our home maintenance!

Patrick, rep from Force Home Services was prompt, professional, thorough in his inspection and work performance. Also provided a written description of his work and insured I understood everything. Very knowledgeable and I will utilize again for service.

I have had the pleasure of working with drew from force home multiple times over the last decade. His team has helped me out with various hvac system work on different properties in Denton, Pilot Point, and Lantana. They always are thorough and honest when evaluating and prescribing the work scopes and I feel confident their pricing is fair for the expertise they bring to each job. I might be getting a few solar fans installed on my roof soon by them as well to help keep my home temperature stabilized while not increasing electricity costs!

We used a coupon for a heater and plumbing inspection. The teams that came out were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. That offered some recommendations to help improve our systems but they were not pushy about it. When we are ready, or any thing else comes up, i will not hesitate to call them.

Brisco Palmer and Brad Fox did some repairs at our house and did an excellent job! We had a roof replaced and the roofers damaged our chimney stack and our furnace kept going out so they came out to check. Realized the roofers had bent our stack out of our furnace that goes out of the roof to remove carbon monoxide. So we had carbon monoxide up into our attic. Briscoe Palmer found that and then Brad Fox came out and did the repairs. We have used force home in the past and they have always done an outstanding job for us. This time they may have just saved our lives. We highly recommend!!

Force Home Services is always very thorough and informative on there work. Good pictures and explanations . They have installed A/C and water heater and I feel comfortable with their continued work. Technicians are friendly and very professional. If you are looking for a higher level professional installer, I would recommend Force.

Cody came out for a small plumbing job. I have to say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced. I do home service myself and he motivated me to be better with my own customers. 5 stars Cody!!! I woke up to a leak in my front yard before the freeze came, when i called , they had someone come right out and look to give me a estimate (it was the water line). I spoke to Michael about the leak who gave me a estimate 2 thousand dollars less then other companies that came. My lawn was dug up, pipes laid, inspector came and signed off on the work and my front yard was back to normal all BEFORE the cold front came in. They did an awesome job, from the front office taking my number, to Michael calling me back and giving me an estimate, to the work getting done. I would give them a call again to get any work done.

We had our heating go out when the weather started to turn cold and Larry came out right away to take a look. There ended up being an uncommon fix that needed to be done, but he was quick to set follow up appointments and acquire parts. The customer service was excellent!

I recently had my garbage disposal and kitchen drain repaired, and I am extremely pleased with the service. Calvin was patient, professional, and very efficient. He was prompt, and diagnosed the issue quickly. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. . I highly recommend Calvin for anyone needing reliable and trustworthy service.
