Made an appointment online for a leaking water heater and they called me back within 10 min and said they would dispatch Jax ASAP. Jax was patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything. The installation went very smoothly. Jax knew exactly what he was doing. His work even impressed my father - which is hard to do! Thank you for such wonderful service!

Great service, had to order parts, the tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept us informed all the way through the process. I highly recommend this company and the tech. Briscoe Palmer will tell you about the cost after repairs are done. Repairs are done and all is well with our furnace

Day 46 Update and final (I hope): Force Home Services contracted with Luis to fix the water damage in the ceiling that was created by their horrible installation. Thank you Luis. I hope this is the end of the avoidable saga of my air handler replacement (see Day 36 update). I'm sticking with my generous 2 star rating for them since they responded swiftly after the problems were reported. Will I use them again? Absolutely not. I did not sign up for inferior work and neither should you.
Day 36 update: Downgrading from 5 stars to 2 stars. THE BAD: Installation errors galore (see pictures): 1) the air handler condensate line didn't have the right pitch to the sink line, so it backed up in my pan 2) the air handler pan overflowed because the pitch was backwards and couldn't flow to the outside line 3) the existing drain pan was not moved underneath the new air handler, allowing more water to leak onto my ceiling and 4) the insulation in the unit was inadequate and had to be replaced. THE GOOD: 1) they proposed a nice cost-effective solution to my 10.5 year old Carrier system and 2) they were prompt in getting to my house when I reported the problems. I'm still waiting for the ceiling repair crew. More to come....

Ordered new 3/4 hp disposal installed. They came out looked at it then left for about 30 minutes to go pick it up. Thought they would already have it with them. They give us a quote. It kind of shocked me but I approved. Wish I had more time to think about it. It cost $888. I think i could have found it a lot cheaper. They had done other work for me and were very competitive in price. I guess live and learn!

While the original problem persists, Force Home services seems dedicated to solving the problem. If they can't, a full refund has been offered. I appreciate their willingness to provide good customer service . The 2nd house call resulted in the same results. They really did all they could.
We had to have a complete installation of duct work. The crew was fantastic!! They are professional, respectful, and neat - cleaning up before they leave. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heating and air work done!

I had a great experience with Force Home Services. I was in need of a new AC and Heating system for my home due to the age of my previous unit that kept breaking down and needed costly repairs. Brisco didn’t try to upsell anything and he answered all of my questions. Jolanda was easy to communicate with over the phone. After doing some research and shopping around, their price for a new AC and Heating system was the best in town for what I needed.

Force Home Services – Overpriced, Rude, and Zero Transparency. Their labor rate is $350 per hour!

Yesterday, I called Force Home Services because the furnace at my mother’s house wouldn’t come on. This morning, their technician Mark arrived at 9 AM and called to say the flame sensor and hot surface igniter were both bad. He quoted $418.40 to replace the flame sensor and $400.57 for the hot surface igniter.
Those prices sounded high to me—I’ve had those parts replaced on another unit before—so I asked for a parts-and-labor breakdown. Mark instantly got aggressive and agitated. He said the company didn’t provide him with that info to share, it wasn’t available from anyone else either, and I should feel lucky he even showed up today.
In the end, with no other options available, temperatures in the 30s outside and 50s inside the house, and it being my mom’s place, I told him to fix it. He then said I was being difficult and demanded full payment upfront before doing any work. I should have stopped there, but what do you do in that situation? I said fine, send the bill, and I paid it.
Afterward, I called the office several times and finally got a callback from Drew, the VP of Operations. When I told him the story, he laughed and said “That’s Mark,” then apologized for laughing—but didn’t apologize for how Mark acted or offer any fix. I asked for a breakdown, and he said they use them internally to set pricing but do not share them with customers. He claimed the prices were fair. After further probing, he said the parts were “probably less than $100 a piece,” but their labor rate is $350 per hour!!!
I’ve never seen an AC/HVAC company charge anything close to that hourly rate. For the record, average rates in the DFW area are between $100–$150 per hour. WOW, I got taken. Don’t be like me—call someone else!

I recently went through a quoting process for a whole new HVAC system and was very happy with Force. Their rep James was outstanding. He came out and listened to my concerns and needs and did a load analysis using his software program. He proposed a system that was actually smaller than our current one. No other company did this, so James came back out a second time and did a second load analysis by hand to verify the math. It checked out and the smaller system of course cost less. We're very happy with the integrity and responsiveness from Force and James particularly.

Force home services has been fantastic to work with. The pricing has been fair and knowledgeable on the problems and solutions. They have really done a great job making sure our HVAC system works like it is supposed to function.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Force! I had to get a full system replacement, which is never good, but working with a company that values integrity and customer service made the experience much less painful. Patrick, James, Brad, and their crews made what could have been a scary experience much more manageable. They worked with my schedule, and it was extremely easy to communicate with all involved. They took the time to explain all of my options to me. Everyone was extremely polite and efficient, and I felt that my well-being was top of mind to them. I truly appreciate them and whole-heartedly recommend Force!

I got a new HVAC system from Force home services. Before signing the installation contract, I had 5 other companies pay me consultancy visits and provide quotes. I chose Force Home Services because they seem most upfront and honest about what (best) technology my money could buy. Some companies can provide you seemingly same technology/equipment but can cost-cut by providing lower quality coolant/refrigerant (something that I personally encountered) — things that a common home owner will hardly be aware about… in any case, Force Home was fabulous, they offed the best price, latest technology. The job is done and my HVAC works great! The installation is excellent, even the city inspector said that the installation has been done very well. And the staff/installation team was the best part, they were all knowledgeable, respectful, clean with work and overall, above and beyond my expectations. I absolutely recommend Force Home Services!

I got my gas pipeline plumbing, HVAC maintenance and range hood duct installation works done by ForceHome service. I should admit that these jobs landed in the right hands and their service was very punctual, organised and professional. Their job and cost estimates were accurate which helped me to make an informed decision. Required City inspection and approvals were scheduled appropriately and taken care by their service. Also I was impressed with the way Jax, Brad, James, Drew and Carrie followed up to bring the job to completion

We had our AC go out on Monday and gave them a call around 5pm, they called us back around 6:30pm and then were at our house Tuesday morning at 8am.
Previously, I worked with Jax on a plumbing issue, then Larry to assess our AC. More recently, I worked with Brad Fox and let me tell you, these guys are hard workers. The job I hired Force Home took a little longer than expected, but Brad and his team worked nonstop to get my insulation up to code, and AC and ducts replaced. They didn't keep me in the dark and gave me updates throughout the job. Plus, these guys are great with cats and dogs, my family loved the guys from Force Home Services. Also, the back office is full of wonderful ladies who work to be one step ahead of you with paperwork.

Not a good place at all!!! AC broke for the same reason after 3months!!!!!!

Daniel is a good stand up guy. Today I had a flat tire near his business. He stopped, asked if I needed help and then he removed the flat and put my spare on for me. If I ever need HVAC work done I now know who I'm calling. He didn't ask for payment, told me to pay it forward. So that's what I'll be doing. Thank you so much.
