What a difference. First! It's so quiet. Changing our 1981 R3 insulation to today's R8 and we no longer hear the jets passing overhead. We also do not hear the heating or cooling. They just happen, As for installation, they came, installed, cleaned up and left. Easy. Do it - you will love it. And you will like the savings.

My membership includes 2 maintenance checks a year. Bryan did a great quick job in 105+ degree weather and informed me of the 2 improvements I could make. He was very knowledgeable and respectful.

My AC went out one evening. Ther came out the next morning . Our technician Kyle was very knowledgeable. They were thorough and efficient. They got it fixed quickly. Whenever they came into the house they wore protective bootys so they didn't track anything in.

Very courteous professional and friendly from the beggining of the service call to the end of the installation, Trey and Phyllis fullfilled those expectations. I had a previous service call with Dustin in a same professional manner. That tells me that excellence is their standard!

We have been very pleased with a triple A service and maintainance. Dustin has serviced our A/C units three times (2 were scheduled maintenance, today was an issue with the unit). They took your money and did nothing! Our AC was not cooling enough. They send a technician, who examined everything and reported that there was nothing wrong. The AC was cleaned, and the cost was $300. Still not chilling at all. Finally, we had a different company and resolve the issue.

Our A/C went out last week. They lent us two portable AC units and it made the weekend so much nicer! The new AC unit was just installed. Really great work and communication!

This is how to run an air conditioning company. These guys are prompt, honest, professional, and know their stuff. Another company tried to sell me $8000 worth of a new unit. Turns out my current unit was fine. The owner - me - failed to change the filter. We are now cooling like crazy. I would recommend them highly.

Their service was quick and diagnosis was reliable. Biggest point of concern was cost, to replace a HVAC capacitor which is less than a $25 part, service fee was $99 plus $295 for capacitor, which takes 5 minutes to install. In other words $394 for a fairly simple procedure. I called a different service, AC Lady, and their total price was $174. Also I feel the yearly service contract for $288 plus is not beneficial

Kyle Taylor and Anna Palmen came to do scheduled maintenance on our system. Kyle even remembered us from his first visit to our house. Kyle and Anna performed the inspection on our heating system and found no problems. They explained what they found so we would know what was going on. We couldn't ask for better service. Great service.

Came back from vacation to find my upstairs AC not functioning and the upstairs temp at 92 degrees. Triple AAA was able to squeeze us in with an appointment !!! Technicians Trey and Tyler showed up exactly on time and quickly isolated the problem, had the necessary part on the truck, and within an hour and a half restored cool air to the upstairs. Three cheers to Triple AAA. I am a completely satisfied customer... and recommend Triple AAA without any reservation.
