Wonderful experience! Fast and efficient! My carpets are less than impressive to begin with and they made them MUCH better!!! If I could give more stars, I would!! The guys were so nice and even explained what they were doing to my very intrigued 5 year old! These guys will not disappoint! :)

Y'all, Eric and his team are just the literal best. He was able to fit me in despite the busy holiday week, arrived early, got rid of ALL the pet stains (It's a miracle!), charged me fairly, and made my carpets look like new again, just in time for my Thanksgiving guests.

He seems like a very genuine guy who is in this business to HELP people. I'm a customer for life after the way he cared for my home today. 5 stars all the way!

This is our second time to use O'Bryan's Carpet Cleaning. We used them two years ago to stretch and clean our carpets and they did a fabulous job! This week our dog was sick and vomited on the carpet. I called them out the next day thinking the best they could probably do is get the smell out for now and we would have to replace the carpet. We can't even see the stain! It looks great and no offensive odor. The are responsive, professional, friendly and do a great job too! I highly recommend them!

Eric did a wonderful job fixing a big hole in my carpet that was caused by my dog! He was extremely professional and kind. I appreciated his willingness to work with my schedule. If I ever need anything in the future, I’ll be giving Eric a call.

We woke up a few weeks ago to a flood in our house. The toilet in the guest bath cracked and had been leaking and refilling all night long. Water was just about everywhere. After trying to wet vac the mess myself, I literally threw in the towel and called O’Bryan’s. Eric was there in less than two hours and started assessing the situation. He talked to my husband at length about getting insurance involved because he could tell the scope of the work called for it. Then he got to it. He helped my sister (also a lifesaver, though she doesn’t have reviews set up) and I move furniture, stack endless piles of books, and reconfigure four rooms’ worth of stuff so that he could start drying everything out. It didn’t take as long as I expected, and Eric was very comforting throughout the process. He has a very gentle way that made this catastrophe easier to bare. He came out every day to for four days to turn the fans and check the dryness. When he was done, he packed it all up and aside from the mass chaos of dealing with insurance, it was like nothing had ever happened. I pray I never have to call Eric again, but if anyone asks, I would definitely recommend O’Bryan’s.

I have used Eric O'Bryan for more than 10 years. He is always professional, friendly and does an amazing job on my carpets. I have also used him for some smoke damage and he was able to salvage my carpet and couch. You won't regret using this company.

Eric was professional, prompt, and thorough. We had questions and called him to ask and he explained his services with patience and ease. We had a major stain from an accident in the home and he was able to deodorize and get the stain completely out. It looks like new. I very much recommend his carpet cleaning services! We were very pleased with this service.

We had a sudden water leak late at night a week ago due to the thunderstorm. My whole bathroom was flooded and I was completely panicking. I called O’Bryan’s at 11pm—not expecting much that late—but to my surprise, Eric picked up right away and said he would be on his way. By 11:30pm, Eric was at my door with his truck, ready to help!

They were fast, professional, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful moment. The equipment they brought was top-notch, and they got the water under control quickly. Excellent service - on-time, professional, and friendly. I had O'Bryan's come out to do carpet cleaning as well as tile and grout cleaning. The owner was extremely professional and friendly. The estimate I had received over the phone was spot on. The entire job took less time than I thought it would given the amount of work, and the results were everything I had hoped they would be. (See before and after pictures of grouting.) Highly recommend you skip the chain business and book this local, family-owned and operated company instead!

We had a horrible freeze last year and had some water damage that I figured would be permanent. Enter O’Bryan’s Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration to the rescue. I am so thankful I found them, locally owned, great people who really care and don’t just treat you as a number, they know exactly how to diagnose an issue and they saved us a ton of money. Very grateful for their work, water damage can be stressful to deal with but they make it easy. Great company.
