Reviews of local pros in Denton, Texas

I would highly recommend their services. We had a Covid outbreak at 1 of our properties and they were able to come in the very next day and clean the entire property. They were very professional, great customer service, and will use them again in the future for our cleaning needs.

ProActive embodies what professional customer service is all about. From the first day of the weekly service to the current, the experience has never decreased, in regards to quality. I would and have recommended their service to others if they would like to be partnered with the best in the business. Thank you ProActive for all that you do for us and we look forward to the years ahead.

I can't say enough good things about ProActive! They have given me peace of mind as the office manager when it comes to keeping our facility looking good. Our company has been extremely pleased with their cleaning services and I have received positive feedback from others. Keep in mind our company has very high standards, so this is a huge compliment to their team. They have gone above and beyond to take care of not only our cleaning needs but have also communicated live when situations have arisen on the job. Thank you ProActive!

Mike, with Absolute Carpet Care was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was courteous and my couch has never been cleaner!

Mike did a superb job. At a much lower cost than the leading companies. They were all stuck at a dollar per square foot, he came in and quoted me much less.
Thanks mike!

Absolute Carpet Care cleaned my kitchen tile and grout. It had been about 12yrs since installation with white grout. Now it looks as clean as when it was first installed. I would recommend Absolute Carpet Care for any of your flooring needs. Courteous and professional work.

My nine month old puppy decided to dig into my carpet, and he pulled some of the carpet away from the first step of the stairs. I was worried I would have to replace all the carpet. Mike was able to repair/replace the damage carpet. Mike did a professional job, I would recommend Absolute Carpet Care.

Fantastic service. Answered phone and scheduled an appointment same day for doing some water extrusion after a heavy rain. Texted me when they were in the way, arrived right on time and took care of my issue. Very professional and the pricing was very reasonable. Good guys and a great, local service.

Mike was friendly and professional. He explained all services to be provided. He did a great job. I highly recommend Absolute Carpet cleaning service.

Mike was very prompt, professional and provided recommendations that resulted in a savings to us. I would highly recommend him for your carpet cleaning needs.

Mike was on time, very professional, and did an excellent job removing odors and stains from a very old carpet. I would highly recommend Mike and Absolute Carpet Care, and will use him again soon.

Absolute came recommended from our neighborhood web site, So I decided to give them a try since our regular company couldn't get to us on short notice. Mike came evaluated our carpet and made some suggestions about certain areas that had heavy traffic so wwe said lets see your magic.. Dang his spot treatment, heavy traffic atreas looked like new, and not much of an extra charge. WE now have a new Carpet cleaning company . We are Absolutley pleased. Thanks for the Great job.

We have old berber carpet with stains and usually clean it every 3 months. Mike came and cleaned better than we've ever had it! It looks brand new! We're extremely happy!!

They're the best! Always do a great job cleaning our carpets, always on time with great communication, very professional and also very affordable. I wouldn't trust anyone else, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Mike and his assistant did a beautiful job on my area rugs, tile, carpet and upholstery. Great customer service, professional and kept me updated on progress. I was able to run errands and came home to clean floors. I’ll definitely use this service again. Thanks guys!

My white carpet has NEVER looked better! Mike does all his own work, scheduled just a day or two out, arrived promptly and was very thorough and efficient. I could not be happier and will call him for my next job!! He surpasses any carpet cleaning I have EVER HAD! IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!

I needed a carpet cleaning in a short time frame so I Googled who the best was in town. The ‘top’ guys didn’t pick up or return my calls. In one case, they hung up on me when I mentioned I lived in an apartment. I saw Absolute Carpet Care up there with the highest rated companies and gave them a call. Within minutes, I had a time set for a cleaning by incredibly friendly staff. On cleaning day, they were on time, ready to go and started immediately. Not only was I blown away at the quality of work and attention to detail, I was floored by how happy and understanding they were! Not to mention how much of a deal it was to get my place cleaned. I will never use anybody else for this sort of work. Ten stars if I could. Can’t wait to have them back!

Absolute quality care went above and beyond what I expected. He truly cared about the quality of his work, he was courteous and listened to what you wanted done. He didn't rush to complete the job and got it right the first time. He ensured safety and cleaned up after himself to ensure the house was left in the same fashion as when he arrived. You won't regret your decision if you hire absolute quality care. Carpets and rugs look fabulous

I'll never call another carpet cleaner as long as Mike cleans carpets. He did my chairs too. Perfect job. Fair price. Mike is Absolute the best.

Mike did a wonderful job stretching, patching, and cleaning all of the carpet in my house. This is the second time I have used him- and he will always be the first one I call when I need my carpets cleaned. Thanks Mike.
