These men were working a job in a building next to mine when my mom pulled up with some very heavy furniture for my apartment. She asked them for some help and they moved all the stuff in the back of her car and denied compensation for it! Very kind gentlemen to have stopped what they were doing to help us out! Thank you!

Didn't call didn't show up - I chose this company because of the reviews and I thought the service would be much better than a larger company. Sooooo very disappointing!!!

Came out next day, dug into our wall and fixed a corroded manifold in a few hours. We were able to run our dishwasher again. Excellent service.

Great company! Can not say enough good things in this review. We had a storm drain get dislodged in our ceiling and water everywhere. They showed up same day and within a few hours had the issue fixed. Halston and Rusty were professional and friendly and quick. I will definitely use them again for my commercial plumbing work in Grand Prairie.

Update 10/29 - Haltex saved the day again for me. Had a meter to house leak. Luckily for me, my later afternoon appointment got moved up a few hours. Jonathan arrived on time and diagnosed my plumbing issue, and made the repairs. Once again, it was priced right, and I'm completely satisfied!

Haltex did an amazing job. Extremely honest and straightforward. The crew was in and out, priced right and completely satisfied. The crew had to perform a slab leak bypass and a few other needs. The crew made as minimal damage as possible. I would definitely use Halston and his crew in the future if needed. They also provide flexible financing. We didn't use it, but it was a welcomed option. Obviously, your credit score is a factor, but the terms were on par with any others.

Excellent team of guys! Very professional and efficient in what they do! I will definitely be using and recommending Haltex in the future!

Best plumbers I have ever worked with. I had a spigot pipe break off in the wall. They came out on a Saturday, went right to work and got it done quickly and correctly! Didn’t even have to cut the inside wall to get the pipe out! Well done! Will definitely use them again.

We had a broken water line and the City had to turn our water off. This was on a Friday evening. I was sure we wouldn't be able to get anyone out on a weekend and with the recent freeze, I could only think it was going to be bad. Haltex was able to get someone out on Saturday and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Sergio was so nice and very good at this job. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Very friendly seem like people you would do business with untill i walked outside my home he had tore loose my underpinning to crawl under did not put back in place all this for nothing because he didnt bother to send a quote after verifing my email address would never give any oppitunity to this company and would not recomend their services to anybody BEWARE!!!!

Ivan sent quote overall to conclude its really not the fault of the company just another example of this LAZY generation...the quote had no details or itemization of the 8240... how much was the permits? How much was the excuvation.
Received response from the owner... in conclusion; I failed to mention the above services were done at no charge...the underpinning was put back on by me. When I called originally... was to inquire about the COST to provide an estimate for services. Found there pricing very fair!!!!!

This company was recommended to me by friends who said they had done great work for them. I was impressed from the beginning when they were able to schedule the same day. And then I was even more impressed when I met the plumber who came to my house. He listened to my concerns, carefully evaluated the situation, and based on his vast knowledge and experience, was able to put my mind at ease and explain what was happening and offer solutions. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of timely, knowledgeable, honest plumbing services.

Jim is the best! I had so many problems need to be fixed, such as kitchen faucet leaking, waterheater need to be replaced, bathroom sink stuffed... and they fixed all perfectly, very professional! Love them work!!
