We are extremely pleased with level of professionalism and work done by Max Exteriors and Emmanuel G. He always answered all of our questions and returned our calls in a timely manner. He personally ensured all the work done on our roof was done to the highest standards. We can’t thank Emmanuel enough and we will absolutely used Max Exteriors in the future.

So far I have had a wonderful experience with this company. We had a severe hail storm in Waco Tx. Jeremiah has worked with me and my insurance company from day 1. He has answered his cell whenever I call with a question and I mean anytime I call. The work starts next week ,and I am sure things will go smoothly. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical because they had been vetted by our insurance company. But when the representative from Max Exteriors came to our homes to examine our roof he was very professional he worked with us throughout the process. The downside we didn't have a total lost neither did we meet our deductible. Truth is we really at this point in our life we couldn't afford to have the damages repaired. A few months ago our son committed suicide 💔 so we weren't in a good place. I just so happened to mention it to the representative but just in conversation. BUT a day or two later we received a message that Max Exteriors would like to repaired the damages at no cost. This kind jesters was a Great relief to our family. The damages was not much but the weight of all that's we've gone through and this act of kindness that was shown to our family I didn't think they will ever know.
Needless to say we were very pleased with the work and the workers who came to repaired our house. But my family and I are sincerely thankful for that act of kindness that was shared by Max Exteriors. Our family is still trying to gain a grip 🙃 on life again but there's at least one thing we could finally resolve. Thank you so very much for being a little light in a dark chapter of our life. You guys will never know what this ment to me and my wife.

I just wanted to say that if you use Max Exteriors that you will not be disappointed. Even after completing the job Jeremiah Ramirez came back out to investigate an issue with my Solar System. It was determined that I had a defective Inverter and needed it replaced. He recommended calling the supplier and letting them know what was found. After speaking with the company they went ahead and sent me out a NEW inverter at no cost to me. Without Jeremiah’s knowledge I would have ended up paying for a new inverter at a cost of $1800! When I received the new Inverter Jeremiah wasted no time to squeeze me in to his busy schedule to get the Inverter installed and get us back up and running. Talk about going above and beyond! My family and I are so grateful for Jeremiah and his team! If you have any Solar needs I highly recommend him! Thank you!

Our concern was laying a quality shingle and keeping a clean uncluttered work area. They did. In our neighborhood he completed many roof work. It was good to see his work and talk with homeowners. I highly recommend Max Exteriors LLC to install your roof or other home projects. They are respectful, honest, reliable and trustworthy!!They installed a new roof, gutters, and stained my fence. I am completely satisfied. I don’t expect any issues. However, I know they will take care of them if I do. I have that much trust in this company.

We are pleased with Max Exteriors LLC. The process took a little longer than expected because of the insurance company, but once that was resolved, work was started and our roof and gutters look really good. Phone calls and text messages were always answered in a timely manner. Very pleased with the quality of work.

When I first called Max Exteriors and spoke to Angel, the Project Manager, I knew I had made the right choice! Angel was professional, caring and really did a great job explaining to me the whole process of filing a claim with my insurance. Angel met with my insurance agent and the inspector to go over all the damage that was caused by the storm from the prior week. Thanks to Angel and his inspector they caught even more damage that was caused by the storm. When my insurance had agreed to get the claim started, Angel told me when the roof installers were going to be here and even walked me through the whole process of the roof installation and materials that were going to be used. The team did an amazing job and even finished the same day! The installation of the new gutters was just as fast and efficient. I am amazed on how the entire process was so efficient. I just had to sit back and let it all happen. If you are considering getting a new roof or any of their other great services, I highly recommend Max Exteriors for your home needs. We just finished having a new roof installed by Max Exteriors and are extremely pleased from start to finish. Angel knocked on our door after the hail storm. He determined we needed a new roof. Our insurance company denied us at first. Angel was persistent and asked for another inspection. That time it was approved. Angel took care of every step with the insurance company. That was wonderful. The cleanup after the roof was meticulously done. Angel is very professional, courteous, and thorough. We liked this company so much they are going to replace our old tub with a new walk-in shower. This company is our new professional contractor! Judy H.

I used this company after the hail storm damaged our roof. They worked with my insurance company and and the claim was approved right away. They were also able to complete a number of other home improvement projects that I wanted done.
- Roof Repair - They came day they were scheduled and was able to complete the new roof the same day and it looks great. No leaks found after the recent rains. They removed/reinstalled my solar panels in a timely manner with no damage to them. A roof that I can proud of.
- Gutters - After the roof repair, I had them add new gutters around my house. They also look great.
- Fencing - They repaired a couple of sections of my fencing and stained it. It looks very good and should last for many years to come. Great job.
- Windows - They replaced two windows plus a number of screens damaged by the hail. They are looking great.

Over all, the person overseeing my projects Juan was very friendly, kept me updated on the scheduling and responsive to my test messages. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I would give them 6 stars if I could as I am very pleased with all the work that was done for a good price. I will calling them again in a few months when I get ready to my next set of home improvement projects.

Pablo treated me like family and gave me the absolute best service I could ask for. Anytime I had a question he was there to pick up my phone call day and night. My truck came out just like it did when I left the dealership. Couldn’t ask for better service from Max Exteriors! Ask for Pablo!

I want to start by saying: I did not do business with this company — and here’s why.

It was 6 PM on a Friday when my boyfriend and I were startled by someone knocking very aggressively on our back door. Not the front door. A young man named Diego had walked through our yard and approached the back of our house like he owned the place — knocking like the police to try and sell us services.

This company’s representative didn’t just cross a boundary — he walked right past it. I understand door-to-door sales, but back door to back door? That’s a complete invasion of privacy.

I didn’t work with this company, and I never will — not because of the service itself, but because of how they chose to approach potential customers. That level of intrusion tells me everything I need to know about how they do business. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
