Mr. Tiffany was excellent & professional. One my pet peeve is communication, and that’s what did it for me.
The finish product put a smile on my family and I face. I’m very pleased. Thank you so much.

Mickel and his team did an amazing job on remolding my bathrooms and floors. No cheap materials and accessories was used, which I can appreciate. Very communicative, on time and willing to go the extra mile.

Job well done! I am beyond pleased with the job that was done. We originally hired someone else to complete our patio cover, but it was done incorrectly. We then hired Innovative Projects & Design and was very satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future! Thank you so so much!

We have an old fence that now and then needs repairs. I’ve had less than stellar experiences with companies in the past and expected no better this time. Boy, was I wrong! I entered my info on Angi and in less than 2 minutes got a call back! Their workmen came in about an hour, assessed work needed, and called their office. Again, I got an almost immediate call back. I accepted the estimate and work began. The owners came to check things over during the process. If anything happens to my fence again, it certainly won’t be their repairs! I’m very satisfied with the work! The owners couldn’t be more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! If you’re looking to solve a fence problem, look no further!

The team was very helpful in making a decision on what I wanted. The told me what works best for the issues I was having. Thanks to the crew and the management and ownership. Excellent job again thank you all so much.

Just had my fence and deck done by Innovative Projects and Designs, and I love it! The team was professional and fast, and they paid attention to all the little details. My backyard looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Tiffany and her entire team were beyond excellent. Integrity is what drives this company. Not only did they save me money, the project exceeded my original expectations. I would highly recommend this company for any home improvement projects.

"I recently hired Innovative Projects and Design (IPAD) for a complete pergola install, and I was extremely impressed with their service. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. The team paid close attention to detail and the pergola looks great! They cleaned up behind themselves and ensured that nothing was left out of place. The price was fair for the thoroughness of the job. I will post the final pictures when the pergola cover and concrete coating are completed. I highly recommend Innovative Projects and Design for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality services." Give IPAD a call and let them know The Porter's referred you. Thank you IPAD!

I have been jumping through hoops to get things fixed in my rent house and our realtor maintenance techs can’t seem to do it right the first time and a 3rd party had to jump in to assist and they come in the first time and fix’s what needs to be fixed. So thank you code 4 and hands down I recommend this company to come in and fix the problem they definitely get the job done.

I worked with Starko plubming during my home buying process. They were quick to reply, fair, and honest. My experience working with Brian Starnes was pleasant and his customer service skills were exceptional.

Brandon dealt with the insurance co (a bazillion calls & the ridiculousness) but still remained helpful, professional & respectful. You can tell he cares about his customers & his quality of work. Ill never use any1 else as long as they are in business.
