    Eric and Stacy were FANTASTIC!!! We bought our new home about a month ago, and we didn't know if the prior owners had kept up the A/C or not. I DID know that the house was not cool. ACGEEKS came out with only a 2 day wait (unbelievable service) after being told by a competitor that I would have to wait 2 1/2 weeks!!! We have 2 compressors and one of the units had caked on dust on the filter!! I expect a little dust but this??? Like it had not been replaced in YEARS!!! Eric also discovered that the battery for the unit was weak and might last a bit longer.We agreed to replaced it. They also found another problem with the 2nd unit and we fixed that too. Finally, Eric found a BUNCH OF LEAVES AND DEBRIS in one of our compressors outside, which he cleaned. ACGEEKS tell what they are doing; show you what they are doing; explain in laymen's talk what they are doing AND why; and their prices are very very reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACGEEKS for your heating and air conditioning. (our home is now COOOOOL for the 1st time in a month!)

    By far, the best customer experience I've ever had with any services company! A/C Geeks came to my house on the hottest day in Dallas this year, on the SAME day my A/C went out. They were friendly, honest, fair and worked until 11:30pm to get my air going, again THE SAME DAY. Their prices were less than my 'Home Warranty' company and they even discounted further on top of that. The owner came to my home as well to ensure the work was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. To be honest, I am still quite blown away by how professional and awesome this company is, especially in today's world of less-than-professional service companies. DO NOT HESITATE to call them if your A/C or heater goes out, you too will be amazed (and cool). Thanks A/C Geeks you have a new client for life! Aaron H.
