I regret selecting The Solar Cowboys to do my installation. They have been unprofessional and dishonest, and it's been 8 months, and I have no idea if/when they plan to finish.
It's been months of no contact, with intermittent no-call/no-show appointments. I haven't gotten a response, in 2 months.

1. I hired The Solar Cowboys 8 months ago, and the installation is still not complete, and I've been given no indication of when this might happen. It has been a month, since I've had any word from them.
2. The Solar Cowboys ignored the agreed-upon plans and the fact that I rejected their new plans. The new layout is unattractive. They permitted and installed, per the rejected plans and now alternate between saying they'll fix it and saying that they installed per "the customer approved plans."
* I contacted them, during the install, when the panel location could still be fixed, and I was assured they would be installed, per the original design.
* There has been no effort to fix it.
3. The Solar Cowboys have frequently lied to me, about both large and small matters, including what work they intend to do and things they've broken.
4. The Solar Cowboys have broken things in my home and only fixed them, on my insistance, and then tried to lie about breaking them in the first place.
5. The Solar Cowboys give me no notice, when I am required to meet someone at my home, meaning I'm not told that someone is suppose to come out at all, much less a day and time.
6. The Solar Cowboys often no-call/no-show, when they do make appointments, and I get no response, when I ask for an update.
7. The Solar Cowboys propose non-city-approved alterations.
The Solar Cowboys relocated my breaker box. The city inspector required different breakers. When TSC installed the new breakers, my A/C and dryer stopped working. TSC proposed the plan to pass the city inspection, then to re-install the non-approved breakers.
* TSC said they would send someone out to fix my A/C and dryer lines. That was a few months ago. They did make one appointment to come to fix it, for which they no-call/no-showed

I needed a teardown and reinstall of my solar panels to have work done on my roof. From the very first phone call I knew that I would have a great experience with Solar Cowboys . . . And I did! Casey, Nicholas and Jessica went out of their way to work around the roofers and the RAIN! The crew was efficient and very respectful to me and my property. These folks should teach classes in customer service. And all at a reasonable price. I was impressed and give a very high recommendation.

Excellent experience with the Solar Cowboys. Junior Roofley was exceptionally informed and effective at his job. Gave my roof the facelift that it needed. Thanks Junior, you were great!

Mayra was very professional and accomodating of our questions to help coordinate getting the work done in a short amount of time. She worked with our schedule and went above and beyond to coordinate with our availability.

I will be recommending this business to all my friends!

Needed our solar panels removed and reinstalled for a new roof. Junior and team came out and took care of everything. Incredibly thorough, prompt, and quality work. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done on anything Solar/EV/Battery related.

Update: Had a small issue with my inverters after re-installation and The Solar Cowboys came out and rechecked every last detail, fixed the problem, and then stayed and monitored the whole system for an hour to make sure I didn't have any more issues. Stellar team, would definitely work with them in the future.

Nick with The Solar Cowboys is Awesome! The Solar Cowboys installed additional panels to our home. We had some existing panels from another company and after the installation was completed, we receive no/zero support, and at one point our system did not work for over a month. We contacted The Solar Cowboys to add the additional panels and get our system up and running. Nick and crew re-mapped our Enphase system and have been so accessible to us. Not only did they install the panels timely / professionally they ensured all the debris was picked up after. When one of our squirrel friends fried themselves between a panel the Solar Cowboys recommended and installed what is called critter guard around the panels a perfect solution. Nick and crew went above and beyond to ensure the panels were all working as well as taking the time to better explain the system to me and how I could continue to monitor it. He also made sure I knew how to contact him should I have any further questions. So nice to finally work with a company that takes pride in their work and wants to make sure you not only have a good experience, but their product is well represented! Thank you, guys, I would highly recommend The Solar Cowboys.

Luis from The Solar Cowboys did an amazing job installing my EV charger. He completed the installation in under two hours, ensuring all safety regulations were followed and carefully adhering to the specifications for optimal placement. The charger is positioned perfectly, without obstructing anything. He even hauled away all the trash after the job. Thank you!

Outstanding group of people and company to work with. When no one else would assist due to "We didn't install your solar panels" They did. I was finally able to get my new roof. Thank You!!!! Great experience getting my EV charger installed in my garage. Thorough, efficient, friendly, and professional. From inquiry to quote to installation all within 48 hours. And they worked on all details with the city to get the inspection to ensure it was installed up to code. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with Solar Cowboy. I was able to get my panels removed in one day, new roof the next day and the panels reinstalled on the third day. Thea guys know what they are doing. Very professional, prompt, clean and knowledgeable. I give them 10 plus stars. I highly recommend their services if you new install or removal for a new roof. Easy to work with and the communication is spot on.

Nicholas is a trustworthy and beautiful human being who's not just helping me with my EV charger install, but also answer questions about existing problematic electrical work. He was always transparent about his pricing and never tried to upsell me on anything I did not require.
