I scheduled an in-home consultation, and was told by your sales rep that both my spouse and I needed to be present. However, just 20 minutes before the appointment, I received a call from another rep canceling the visit, not with a courteous request to reschedule, but with an arrogant tone, as if he was doing me a favor.

I would have appreciated a more respectful approach and a simple, professional rescheduling request instead of the dismissive attitude.

Griffin Electrical Group installed electricity to our Pool Shed. From the first day onsite until the final day, Chris showed up on time and was always professional. He provided out of the box ideas on how to get electricity to our structure that was more than 100 feet away from the breaker to our house. Also to keep cost at a minimum and not hire additional contractors, Chris dug about 50 feet to install the ground wiring. Chris partnered with our pool builders and they worked in tandem to deliver a final product that was more than what we expected. Chris will forever be our electric guy.

I bought a brand new washer and dryer and the dryer panel kept reading NP error (the dryer wasn't connecting properly per the manual). I even had another new dryer delivered to replace the one I had bought less than 2 weeks before and again the same problem. Finally I googled electrians near me and I read the few reviews online for Griffin Electrical and I decided to call and I spoke with Chris. I attempted to explain the issue I was having, we set up an appointment and I sent him a few photos of the outlet and cord. He was prompt and professional. Jet Electrical is an unprofessional business that should not be utilized for your electrical repairs.
This company accepted a job from my home warranty company and never showed. They gave 3 different delivery windows for 3 days and never showed for any. On top of that the electrician Eric was very rude and incompetent and would not tell us the status of how close he was to coming to our house.
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Save the headache and get better customer service and an overall experience.
