Mr Clayton is a crook. Stole money and left. Notice how clayton reviews himself. Notice how this gets no reply from the company!! Avoid at all costs. Cost me $1000's

Said he fixed the gas pipe he didn't . Could have caused a fire. Wouldn't hire him to cut the grass. A poor plumber.......

You are a hack of a plumber I sent you a video of the gas line in question with it blowing bubbles after sprayed with soap water. Its gas michael Clayton you could have killed are injured someone...

Clayton absolutely saved the day. Repaired both my business and home. Would recommend him for any job and i feel like i finally have a honest, highly skilled plumber when needed. Thanks again for going above and beyond!!!!!!!!!

I contacted Michael Clayton mid March, I was having a major plumbing issue. My plumbing system completely collapsed. Mr. Clayton drew up a contract of all the services he was providing to me. He quoted me $4000 & said that in order to show I was serious about getting started & begin tunneling I would need to give him half the money. I gave Mr. Clayton $2000 & got a receipt from him after asking several times. The tunnel was dug the end of March and nothing else was done. I have called & called & he never answers my calls or return my calls. Finally mid April I got an answer from Mr. Clayton stating he was in the hospital he had an allergy infection. No response from him all April & May so I got someone else to do the job. I want my $2000 from this THIEF!!! He complains to me that he is so sick but my son in law called, he answered sounding like business as usual I do NOT recommend him at all. Poor communication and is trying to keep my money for service he did not provide!!!!!

I appreciate your knowledge, respect for my property and upfront and transparent pricing. 4 out of 5 stars for the Company overall because you do not allow your plumbers to go up to the roof to make sure the plumbing stack is also clear of debris as it too is also an integral part of the drainage system.

Jose was super friendly and was able to diagnose and fix our issue (clog) quickly. He also took the time to explain the root cause and offer tips how to prevent in future.

Excellent service, and they arrived in a timely manner. Ricardo was polite, informative, and professional. Roto-Rooter is more expensive than my regular plumber, but I needed service immediately and most importantly he fixed the problem.

Chase was great! He was professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t have a wall leak as I thought but he did fixed my garbage disposal for me promptly. The rates are a bit pricey. A neighbor showed up at the door at the end of my service, I got distracted and I forgot to present my $75 coupon. I called the office after the technician left and I was told that the department that I needed to be directed to was closed and that they would have someone call me the next day. I didn’t get a call and I had to call them the next day. The next day, they said they would call the tech and call me back. I never heard anything back. No adjustment was made. Oh well…my mistake I guess. I’m on the fence as to whether I would use them again. The plumber was excellent however, the customer service over the phone is lacking.

We used restoration service and was more than happy with service. Ken is the best!

We had a late afternoon flooding and Rotor Rooter came out and took care of it for us. It was not an easy job and they were there till almost midnight. They recommended getting a camera down the drain to see why it was so difficult to clear. Turns out the drain pipe was lined with build up over the last 53 years and they cleared that as well. Nice guys to work with. Thanks so much

I appreciated his ability to work quickly and answer all of our questions. We felt like we were working with a true expert!
