Great company, fast, professional and quality work. We had a 11pm emergency call due to a sewer line backup. They were at our home within 45 minutes and fixed the issues the same night. I highly recommend this company.

There have been a handful of fantastic people I had the pleasure to work with on this team.

First, the personal above and beyond touch point reach outs from the General Manager, Ryan Throne, set a true leadership example. Then there was the informed and genuinely helpful boots-on-the-ground support from Kevin Nowell. And on top of that, the truly impeccable, caring, and responsive white-glove assistance from Ken Isabel, who still made sure I got what and who I needed even though it wasn’t directly in his wheelhouse. I’ve encountered few teams that are this put together and genuine and am truly thankful they were here to help me navigate the chaos of this ‘black water’ disaster in my family home! This clean-up and the timely execution to make sure my disabled father could use his adjacent, impacted room as well the only accessible bathroom available to him (which was ground zero) was absolutely a God-send. You guys are all the best!

I had roots in the sewer line that needed to be removed. Rotor-Rooter was able to come out the same day and fix the problem on short notice. Maison was the technician and was pretty helpful in assessing the problem and finding a solution.

I found that a hot water shut off value was leaking. Call Roto-Rooter and they had a tech out to my new house within the hour. Udwoda showed up in the designated time frame of one hour, explained to me what it would cost and he had the work done to my satisfaction before he even left. Excellent job and friendly service.

Skyler was great! I discovered a leak in my front yard around 6:30 in the evening. After calling three other companies, Roto Rooter guaranteed a plumber within 2 hours. Skyler arrived around 8:30 and offered to leave his water key with me overnight so I could take a quick shower. He determined I had the right key already and showed me how to turn off the water at the street. He had me turn it on so he could inspect the valve box. He was kind, affable, and explained the needed repair in plain English. I am so grateful for Skyler's support and service!

Bathroom sink drain was stopped up and leaking through pipes because the water had no where to go. He was able to clear the clog quickly. Was very respectful of property and left everything clean like he wasn’t even there…..would definitely use them again!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share my recent plumbing experience. We needed help replacing a leaking toilet wax ring, so we called a local plumber. Their technician came out and replaced the wax ring, but the leak continued because the toilet flange was also damaged, which was missed during the first visit. We called them again, and Ross arrived to take care of the problem. Since I couldn’t be at home, Ross took photos of the issue and called me to explain everything that needed to be done. He quickly fixed the flange and stopped the leak. What really impressed me is that they adjusted my bill, taking responsibility for missing the flange issue the first time. I didn’t have to pay extra for the extra work. This company really earned my respect. Their plumbers are honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, and very professional. They made sure I was satisfied and went above and beyond. I’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service in Texas. i want to leave a 5-star review for this plumbing company in DeSoto. i had a water leak that made my water bill shoot up, and after calling four different plumbers, most of them didn’t take the job seriously since it was a small repair or kept pushing back the estimate. two of them finally showed up but said they’d have to dig up my whole front yard, sidewalk, and maybe even break into the slab, with no promise they’d even find the leak. then ross came out on a saturday, spent about an hour checking everything out and really tracked down where the leak was coming from and where the main water supply ran. he came up with a smart solution to reroute the water line and cut out the leaky outdoor faucet buried in the slab, which saved me thousands of dollars. ross also fixed my dishwasher and even added a water supply for my fridge, all without tacking on a big extra charge. dealing with contractors who only want the big expensive jobs can be tough, but ross showed he cares about doing the right thing for the customer and finding affordable options. he really took the time to figure out what was going on, instead of just jumping to the most expensive fix. i will definitely recommend this plumbing company to everyone i know in DeSoto.

Two young plumbers called ahead just like the dispatcher said they would and showed up right on time. my drain was really backed up and tough to clear, but they worked hard and tried different plumbing tools until they fixed the clog. the price was fair, especially with how much work they put in. now my sink is draining perfectly again. they made sure to leave the area clean, and were both polite and professional. what impressed me most is they didn’t give up until the job was done right. i’ll be calling javier & sons plumbers for any plumbing job i need.
