Our older A/C unit went out while my husband was away and Comfort Commander was there to save the day! They were polite and very accommodating! Even though it was well past normal business hours, they took the time to explain what was wrong, what our options were, and how to best get back up and running! They had us up and going that same evening! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, affordable A/C work. Great people and great service! Benny did amazing! He quickly got things cooled off -since the ac unit was not working properly. And he scheduled the other things the AC needed quickly as well. We’re so happy to have found a company that’s reliable in our local area. Definitely recommend this company and plan on continuing to use it when needed. customer support was excellent with Linda as well. Thank you for a great experience.

Wow, the awesome group of people at Comfort Commander AC and Heating are fantastic! I was extremely pleased with the entire process of them installing new AC and heating in my home. With Comfort Commander, you are getting highly skilled, intelligent, polite professionals without the hassling of high dollar add on cost you get from big city competitors! Also, in my reviews, I like to add improvement suggestions, but this time, it took me a week to think of one, and this is the only improvement I could come up with. My suggestion is that each installation team be furnished with a drone, yes a drone, I see people using them everywhere on TV for all kinds of needs. Perhaps the installation teams could make good use of one. The drone can fit into tight spaces that even Benny can't fit into (lol). Well, that's my only improvement suggestion. Comfort Commander is an outstanding company to utilize! May God continue to bless all the great people at Comfort Commander.

Comfort Commander was so wonderful to work with! We called on a Thursday and they were here on Friday. Such a quick turnaround. Tony, the technician, was so kind and helpful. We highly recommend them for your heating and AC needs.

Comfort Commander has been my “go to” for HVAC for at least 10 years. They are family owned and provide the kind of service you’d expect from a family that takes pride in their company. Tony Tracy recently did a summer check up on my a/c. He was excellent.

Christopher did a great job. We called when we came home running errands and found our AC was not working. Christopher was out at the house in an hour. He found the problem, ants had gotten into it , and fixed it so it won't happen again with a enclosed switch . Very friendly and professional service. We have now a routine service every 6 months to keep our heating and AC working properly. Thank you comfort commander air conditioning service. I highly recommend.

Needed my air conditioner condenser and air handler replaced, keeping in mind fair pricing and competent people. The pricing was reasonable and the competent people were outstanding. They were able to remove old and install new all in one day. No short cuts taken. I was thankful to find a trusting company and be able to use them. Would use the again. My location is in the Bear Springs Ranch area in Medina County.

Had a 17+ year old AC unit that has been giving us problems for years now and constantly been shutting on and off. Christopher from Comfort Commander was able to stop by inspect our unit and we were impressed of how quick and effective he was with identifying and solving our problems. He was able to clear all obstructions in our drain line, lightly clean our evaporator, will also assisting us with estimates of other possible repairs on our system. He brought a very respectful and kind attitude while talking to us and he wasn't afraid to try to get to know and understand his customers.

Austin was very professional, polite and courteous. We conducted his inspection, and then explained to us in detail what the issue was and also showed us video footage of the failure. Austin also gave us 3 different options for resolving our problem and did not pressure us with what option he thought we needed. We greatly appreciate his honesty and work ethic! Comfort Commander is a first-rate, family run company and Trane dealer that I highly recommend without reservation. I worked with Austin C., Kandace and Austin E. to look at a repair option vs a HVAC system replacement after confirming the outdoor and indoor coils both had freon leaks. The install of the new system consisted of two additional technicians to the team that showed the pride in their work that is exemplified by the people named above. Their support, honesty and professionalism are extraordinary.

Our heating unit stopped working during the winter storm and while we were not home - so we came home to a 54 degree house. We had never used Comfort Commander before, but they were able to come out within a few hours of our call. Austin was extremely professional, courteous and patient in explaining exactly what the problem was and what our various repair options were. Our heating was promptly restored, and we feel much more confident that future problems will be avoided. We won’t hesitate to call on this company again if a heating or AC issue arises.
