We have always used SubZero and that is 100% because of Hector! He is always incredibly responsive and we know he will take care of the issue and charge us a fair price! The company offers great financing plans as well and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family! FIVE STARS!!!!

My AC went out last night and this company came highly recommended. They called me as soon as they opened and had a technician out by 9ish am.

I wish I could remember his name, he was so professional and kind. He even climbed my elderly neighbors roof to help us save a kitten that got up there!!!! Above and beyond!!! He even took the time to answer my questions, listen to my explanations, and show me what was wrong and how he fixed it 🖤💜🖤 To me their prices are also reasonable!! They are my new HVAC peeps 🖤💜🖤

Quick response outside of business hours and delivered even on a weekend. Tech showed up on the time promise. Service truck had the parts to fix same day of call instead of putting it as a “tomorrow’s problem” small things like that make it a difference.

This company is awesome!! We recently had another company and they were aweful! Subzero was our in less than an hour and their customer service is amazing! Gabriel the technician was friendly knowledgeable and honest! He explained everything in detail and had report for us in less then 2 hrs to submit to our adjuster. We can’t wait for our a/c to be repaired by subzero.

As always with Sub-Zero, the technician, Hector, was professional, thorough, and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why and gave us tips and things to look out for also.

Sub Zero responded to my issue immediately on a very busy weekend. Though the company was dealing with multiple emergency calls on a 100* plus day, they arrived within an hour of contact and Mike immediately diagnosed the issue. Within a day they were able to retrieve the correct part and Jack was able to install a new motor and successfully provide my family with air conditioning. The knowledge and skill of the Sub Zero team was extremely impressive and much appreciated during what was certainly an emergency, given the outside temperatures and rising temperatures in the home. I will always call Sub Zero for my HVAC needs.

Sub-Zero took great care of my needs, as usual. The bottom line is I TRUST these people! I trust them to show up on time; trust them to assess my units and give me an honest opinion; trust them to not try to up-sell me; trust them to properly repair (or replace if needed); trust them to use quality replacements if needed.

Hector, did a great job with getting my system back up and cooling. Even took the time to listen to the troubleshooting that was done prior and everything that I tried. Hector was more than happy to answer questions, when some technicians may get alittle agitated. Hector was more than happy to explain. I am glad that Sub Zero out of Devine services the Greater San Antonio Area. I would highly recommend them.

As always, the service was very good. This was my winter tune up. Last summer they refurbished my system and saved me a ton of money the way they did it. My electricity bills are much less now too.
