Came out to review what was needed. Company was going to sent an estimate in a couple of days. Company never sent an estimate and now it has been over 2 weeks. I guess that they are too busy to really want to make money and work.
Moving on to another company. I guess trying to support local doesn't work.

A recent storm caused a neighbor’s tree to fall onto and destroy the home’s power supply, which was routed through the garage, Rave Electric was able to reroute the wiring and supply the home with temporary power until the garage can be rebuilt.

I was looking for an electric company to install some exterior lights on my garage. Rave electric answered on the first call where many other did not. An employee came out and gave me an estimate and the work was completed with in a week. The technicians that came out were early for the appointment time and got the job done quick. Quality work for a low price, I would recommend anyone with an electrical issue to contact Rave.

Rave does the electrical work for the custom home builder I work for. Our company is very pleased with the professionalism and great customer service from Carolyn, Albert and Elmer. I recently needed their help with my mom's home. She lost power in part of her master bedroom. Elmer was in the area, stopped by and knew exactly what the problem was. He had the faulty plug replaced and on his way in no time. Mom was pleased and said he was extremely nice. Thanks for all you do at Rave!!!

I have used Prolectric several times over the past few years. Each time, I am beyond impressed with their level of service, their courtesy, respectfulness, and their efficiency. Every job they have completed for me, has been done perfectly, without issue, and while they are incredibly efficient, I never feel that the jobs are rushed so that they can get to the next customer. They know what they are doing and their prices are fair and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Prolectric to anyone needing electrical services!

Wow. Contact them on a Monday morning and the tech is at my door at 3 PM. He diagnosed the issue with my older circuit breaker. Muscled the cycling of the tripped circuit breakers and magic flowed to my stove, again. We talked new circuit breaker and the tech explained the Texas mandated circuit breaker issues/challenges.
Amazing customer service and knowledgeable employees who are honest to home owners. Yes, places like this still exists if you support them.

We have used ProLectric for years for our electrical work because this company is very professional, honest and reliable. The appointments are easy to make, and Kathy stays in contact so one knows ahead of time when to expect the electricians. Jimmy and Jacob provide excellent customer service and really know their profession. They know the latest technology on lighting equipment since it’s a changing field. I Google beforehand what the cost should be on certain jobs and ProLectric’s prices are very reasonable . They also give free estimates - which is harder to get from electricians now. Yes, I’ve had other electricians before in the past and none compare to ProLectric’s integrity and expertise. Integrity is important to me since we’ve been taken advantage of (financially) by bigger electrical companies (and plumbers) in the past. It is important to me that I can trust the electricians to do right by the customer, and you will get that here. One of the jobs I had done recently involved the guys having to come twice because I threw out something that they needed to complete the job. Surprisingly , ProLectric did not add a service charge for having to come out the second time. I have a lot of respect. I don’t usually write reviews, but I can say that I highly recommend this business for electrical needs.

I have been a remodeling contractor for over 25 years. The guys are awesome! They are smart, organized and do really clean work. One of the best teams that I've had the pleasure to work with in a while. I Would recommend them to a family member.

ProLectric Electricians provided a superior service with the replacement of the electrical panel and installation of an Interlock connection. Jimmy and Jacob Bankston provided professional service in a timely manner. They guided me through the entire project and answered all my questions. Jimmy Bankston and son, Jacob Bankston, are highly competent and professional in their work in which they have been engaged at our home on many occasions over the past 10 years.
They are excellent in performing electrical repairs especially those involving power outages. Among the many electrical installations they have successfully done for us include a ceiling fan, outdoor security lights, a variety of light fixtures and a built in microwave to replace an old one. They are punctual and reasonable in their fees. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with no power on two of my outside plugs plus one in the garage. The garage outlet was a GFI outlet. ProLectric showed up on time. Jacob quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the GFI and power was restored. Quick. Efficient. Professional. I encourage you to give ProLectric a shot at earning your trust and business the next time you need electrical work done!

We went to Home Depot and bought a couple fans, we needed someone to install, we contacted the Home Depot 800 number prolectric, called me within maybe 2 minutes, came down a couple days later a little family owned business came in got the job done, cleaned up their mess and went on their way, perfect!!

Excellent response and service. Talked with Kathy Thursday evening. After sending her a picture of my breaker she gave me a quote .
Set appt up for next day. They were on time. Electrician is very knowledgeable.
