Small jobs matter too!
I thought I was getting a fair price. But only got a hand full of problems . I hired Electrical Service R Unlimited LLC techl24192 to replace my breaker box which required them to dig new underground wires . They did not look into the transformer to see which side was the receiving side. So reliant didn’t want to reconnect The power due to the Underground lines being on the wrong side of the transformer. I ended up sleeping in the car. IT was midnight when reliant show up to do the bypass, but I was gone. I had to call in to work due to this. The next day they finish up the job. After they left I noticed my brand new stove was not working. My internet was not working due to them cutting the line. The company tech came out and said that everything was hooked up right and there was no way that my electric stove could have blowed out due to the electrical repair. He informed me that he took pictures to send to Randy to show that everything was hook up right. I told him i didn’t think that was true and that I would get a second opinion. The owner Randy stop answering my calls and did not reply my texts. I ended up stopping payment and this was the only way to get a reply. Randy which is the owner was rude. He sent threatening text to my phone along with him and his secretary constantly harassing calling me about payment. Conns came out to diagnose what was wrong with the stove. Conns said that the socked was not working properly. Instead of trouble shooting to see why the strove would not come on Randy, without coming to check for his self automatically was defensive. Argumentative that his company did nothing wrong. Randy did not get his work inspected. He argued that reliant inspected the job. I called them they said this wasn’t true. Randy texted me a picture from another job he had did where the power company inspected his work and placed a green sticker on the meter. This did not happen to my house. This company is unprofessional & Terrible with customer service. This is no way to conduct business. The second tech they assigned called to asked me what was going on. In the middle of me explaining he cut me off. Yelling that he didn’t agreed with what I was saying to him. I understand that this was a small job to this company. But every customer should be treat with Quality work, respect, kindness.

I cannot stress enough how amazing they have been for us. We learned of them through our home warranty after our entire breaker needed to be replaced, rendering our house completely powerless. They went out of their way to help diagnose the issue ASAP and work with us on fixing it. Even after having an issue with our warranty not covering the replacement, they were understanding of our financial situation. After the headache with our home warranty they were just the best. Randy and his team are just A-1, right down to the technicians. DO NOT HESISTATE TO USE THESE GUYS! They are best of the best!!!

I really hope the supervisor named “Randy” owns the business, because he was the kind of rude that only an owner can “get away” with. I already wasn’t happy that they didn’t replace the correct lights the first time, they didn’t take before and after photos as requested (I live 3 hours from the property), and they charge you $110 just to show up at the property to inspect the issue (not fix it…just showing up). As I’m providing context to Randy of why I’m not happy with the situation, I can’t even finish my first sentence before he begins to loudly talk over me. I can’t even get a word in! It can be difficult to find good contractors, so keep looking. This one isn’t worth the time, money or headache.

Randy is the owner/CEO of this electric company. He and his workers came to replace my bad underground feeder electric cable to my house. It was a nightmare for me because my AC doesn’t have enough power to run due to the feeder cable not working .This was not an easy job, lots of digging and rewiring and relocating electric meter. Randy and his guys were very thorough with me in explaining what we need to do before the work starts. They are very knowledgeable and professional in what they do. After Randy and his crew finished the job, they double check to make sure everything works and cleaned up all the trash. They did a great job and now my AC is running again. I highly recommend this company. Also their price is really competitive.

I am very happy with the services that I received from Electrical Services R Unlimited. I initially had a port installed for a portable generator. When I decided to connect the generator to natural gas, Mr Ricks stopped by personally to make sure that the gas line was near the generator port. His staff was efficient and had everything connected in a timely manner. I highly recommend Electrical Services R Unlimited.

Unfortunately we had a negative experience with Randy and Electrical Services R Unlimited. They came to secure loose wires in our attic into a junction box, but after they left we realized that 3 of the 4 can lights in the master bedroom directly below their work no longer turned on. Communication got very spotty and eventually got a hold of Randy said it would be $120 minimum for them to come assess the issue plus the cost of repairs. Basically if they broke anything it’s not on them at all since it must be our faulty wiring

We planned to hire him to do install of a generator and an outdoor plug but when we wanted to delay the generator install due to cost (reasonable rate we just needed to save up first) he seemed upset by this. It seems fair to come double check your work when there’s an issue but Randy refused.

Bummer as they seemed like a reputable company & we will take future business elsewhere
