We made the mistake of hiring them on the spot before doing our research. BIG mistake. We paid them in full trusting them to complete the job we hired them for. Our fault. We should have paid half up front and the rest upon completion. We require payment up front for our business so that didn't strike us as unusual. Difference is, we don't take advantage of people and actually do what we are hired to do. On Friday they cut the tree down and removed some of the debris. They hauled it away and said they would be back the next day to take the rest of the trash. I messaged them the next day, Saturday, after not hearing from them, and they said they would be by that evening. They never showed up. Then they had the audacity to message me stating that they needed more money because the "boss" said it wasn't enough. I said we were not going to pay anymore than the agreed amount that was also on the receipt. They said no problem, they would figure it out. The next day was Sunday, I messaged them again, they said they got busy, and that they would for sure be by that day. It has been over a week and I have not heard a thing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and just decided to cut my losses. We will clean up the mess they left, cigarette butts, water bottles we gave them, and trash. After we acquire the proper tools, we will finish chopping up the huge logs and bundle them up so the heavy trash will hopefully take them. They are very unprofessional and messy. After reading their reviews online, I realized this is what they do to everyone. I'm kicking myself for not looking them up first. We usually always check reviews before we go anywhere or hire anyone but that day they happened to show up right as we were about to look into having our tree cut down. Save yourself the headache and hire a reputable company.

Did what they needed to do by cutting down the trees, but left a bunch of logs behind my fence they didn’t haul off in my ditch. This can cause a hazard in flooding and very inconvenient. Kinda messy as well. Gave me the run around when I asked them to complete the job I paid for.

We have used Miguel’s company for different services for many years and have always been pleased. But this is the first time we had a tree removed. This was a 75 foot pine tree in a narrow area and they did an exceptional job. Cleaned up as they went and when done, one would not know that a tree had been there.

I had a good experience with Miguel. He was easy to work with, very professional, and the price/time/plans were what he quoted a week prior. Tree looks great, and I feel much better about hurricane season. I recommend this guy and his company.
