First of all, this is not Stain Master Carpet Cleaning - as I understand it, they were bought out by Area Wide Carpet Cleaning. The guys who came to clean the carpet were polite & did a nice job. They explained to me that I could call them to come back and take care of any stains that needed another treatment. Later that afternoon after the carpet dried, I noticed several small stains on the stairs that needed retreatment. It took a few days, but I'm scheduled now for them to come back and take care of it. I'd use them again. Professional, polite, quick, well-priced, and carpet looks MUCH better.
