It's rare you meet a crew that's honest about what to expect and what can be repaired. They took time to prepare the area, protect furniture and corners. You exceeded expectations and I have already referred this company to neighbors.

This company is AWFUL!!! I so wish I could post pictures of what they DID to my shower. They fraudulently charged my credit card an additional $283 two weeks after I paid them!!! Don't use them!! If you do, DO NOT give them your credit card numbers or any financial information. When I called Blake McCormick, the owner, about this, he refused to answer his phone. So I had my credit company call him.

He picked up this time, and immediately refunded a portion of what he took out of fear, but refused to credit my account back the full amount after hanging up with them. Mr. McCormick told me to take him to court if I wanted. My credit card company is running a fraud case against them right now. You've been warned.

Stephen is a great business owner and his crews are probably the best around we have been using him for over two years and work is always excellent...The martin group construction.

Amazing service! I was able to book them last minute for an emergency cleaning after my foster puppies and dog made a huge mess on my carpet. They came through and saved the day.

I just had Made New Again, LLC out to our new home to clean our large sectional and 3 cushioned couch, and they did an amazing job! Pete and David worked very quickly and efficiently and they explained the whole cleaning process to me. They also made recommendations on how to keep the couches cleaner for longer. They were very friendly and personable. Steven was very quick from the start to schedule an appointment for me and was very flexible when I had to cancel due to a conflict. It is only the 3 of them in this small local business so give them your support if you need any cleanings done in your living space. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

I dont know who gave them 5 stars..set up appointment and no show or call..when i called them they said, they tried to call, well no msg!! And why call? This was a 2pm scheduled estimate..

Do not recommend this company to ANYONE. They said they would come out between 1pm-3pm and I waited until 6pm. Nobody showed up. I called multiple times and was hung up on. And when I finally called to tell them I had waitied all day and if they couldn’t help me I’d cancel.. and all the lady said was “okay cancelled”. So rude and unprofessional.

Booking was easy, the cleaner was professional, and the carpets look fresh. Exactly what I wanted.

I’ve worked with several businesses, but none have impressed me like this one. Their ability to deliver timely, high-quality solutions is unmatched.
