I’m very disappointed. I really needed my lawn taken care of this evening, as I have family coming into town tomorrow. I was assured a couple times via FB Messenger they would be here today. They did not show up or bother to message me to let me know. I do not recommend.

He said he would call me when he was on his way. Then after not showing up he texted back saying he would have to reschedule for 10:00 a.m. so I took off work for 3 hours, he never showed up at 10:00 a.m. no phone call, no text, absolutely nothing. He calls me 6 hours later and when I was explaining to him that I missed work very rudely was like that's fine, and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and I would never use this person ever. A simple courtesy call to let me know he wasn't going to show. The first time he gave me a courtesy call, the second time to reschedule in less than 24 hours I received no phone call or message. I can't believe the attitude, disrespect, and lack of professionalism. I would rather pay more for a respectful lawn service

Quick communication, fast service and a good price. They cut down my pecan tree with no damage and grinded the stump.

Today is 1-25-23 and Adrian and wife showed up here in Pasadena after yesterdays tornado. They are INCREDIBLE people!!!!! They are cutting trees on property for free! They have excellent morals. We thank them for their help in this time of difficulty. I encourage anyone to call them even after this disaster. And HIRE them! Good people are hard to find!!!!!!!!

Would absolutely recommend BLT Landscapes for any of your outdoor and garden needs! I contacted BLT to help refresh our front flower beds which were being taken over by weeds and half-dried out sago palms and shrubs we hadn't taken care of (read: disliked). They came by and came up with a plan to remove the 3 palms, shape the other existing plants, and install 6 drift roses, along with weeding, mulching, trimming trees, adding flagstones, and more. Communication with BLT was clear and prompt, and they took the time to answer any of my questions and provide recommendations. On the day of, the crew lead was also clear and explained everything to me, and even gave me some extra tips and tricks for managing weeds. You can tell that they know their stuff and that they really care about their work and what works best for your space, not just trying to make a sale. Even after the work was complete a couple days later, I received a text that they had stopped by and checked on the roses, and advised to water them for just a little longer given the recent weather. Recently contacted them again to take a look at our backyard and what we might be able to do there - and looking forward to working with them again!

Harrison and his crew did a great job. They trimmed my canary palm perfectly and did the Spring cleaning at my office and home. Crepe Myrtle trees and hedges were cut to specified height. I definitely will use them again!

Trying to get a landscaper shouldn’t be this hard. Reach out to them, get told they’d call me to schedule an estimate in an hour. 3 hours later I still haven’t heard anything, so I reach back out to them to see if I was still expecting a call from them. Get the whole “I’m sorry I’m super busy and behind” excuse. Finally set a date for an estimate, and it has to be postponed a day due to storms (which I completely understand). Next day, I sit and wait an hour past when they were supposed to arrive for the estimate. Reach out to them and they completely forgot about the estimate. Luckily they still came same day. Was told I would be getting a proposal for what I wanted completed within a week. On the day of the deadline they reach out to me and tell me that I should be receiving the proposal by the end of the day. Surprise surprise, the proposal didn’t come. The next day I reach out and was told once again I was forgotten about. When I finally received the proposal, it wasn’t even for what I wanted. It was extremely dumbed down and didn’t include the new stone edging that I requested. I would rather you tell me you can’t stick to the original time line than be lied to and tell me I still should be expecting a phone call/estimate/proposal on a certain day and then never follow through. Haven’t even received payment from me yet and you’re already casting me to the side? Can’t trust you to keep to a schedule or to do what I requested.

A while back, I had BLT Landscapes clear off some terribly overgrown creeping fig ivy off the side of my house and trim the hedges in my front and side garden beds. The work was done for an amazing price and thoroughly ALL of the ivy was GONE, including what was embedded into the brick and all of roots -- no small feat. I was relieved to see the brick of my house again! They were quick to respond/great communication and showed up as scheduled. I heartily recommend BLT Landscapes. It's clear that they love what they do. If you need to clean up your flower beds or overgrown areas, they're the ones to call. All other places' estimates were much, much higher. I know they plant and design as well, and I plan to use them again in the near future for sodding and all my landscaping. I'm a yet another very satisfied customer.
