New to this area, looking for a company that we can trust. We found that in Rainbow international of Dickinson.

I contacted Rainbow International for some work at our house. They sent someone out the next day to look over what needed to be done. They put me in touch with guys over who showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they could! The communication was perfect!

I would highly recommend Rainbow international to anyone looking for an honest company to work with. They earned my trust and I will use them again and again based on my first experience with them.

We thankfully called in the team at Rainbow International of Dickinson to assist us with our home that had received water damage due to the unprecedented freezing weather, which caused several pipes to burst, because of the power outages in February of 2021.

Tony, Chris, & Company were very responsive in getting us scheduled and ultimately squared away; safely!

It was a long process, no thanks to our insurance of course, but Chris & his team were very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with us throughout the entirety. He gave great advice on things to look for, what to do and not to do. Always kept us informed on where we stood in the process. Even allowed me to shadow him to help me better understand what it is he is looking for and why.

Several times before, I have been on the outside, looking in, during situations of this magnitude. Like assisting others during Harvey. It was immensely overwhelming to be in the midst of it. Chris & his team of gentlemen and ladies made it really simple to get us back on track in order to restore our home in a timely manner and ensured it was safe for us to begin the process to move back in. Thank you Chris, Tony, and EVERYONE else involved on that team of incredible people who are there to help you keep your composure and truly feel like there is hope! 🙏 We are grateful for your assistance not just for me and my family but this entire gulf coast community!

Had extensive damage to our home from a busted pipe. Rainbow came in that very day. Everyone was so helpful and informative, they guided us through the whole process. They gave us peace of mind and came quick enough to save our home from further damage. Extremely thankful for them and their hard work.

Chris and his team were awesome and made an otherwise unpleasant experience more bearable when we reached out to them for help after we came home from work to find water pouring out of our front door as a result of a reducer that failed on our whole house water system. The team was professional and helpful as well as reassuring throughout the process from handling the contract and work scope, removal of all wet materials, installing equipment to extract the water, and documenting all aspects of the water mitigation process until the house was dried out.

We had a devastating leak that got under our wood floors and spread throughout the subfloor. Rainbow was fast on remediation, provided great customer service and a referral for a GC who was equally on par with the quality, customer service, and urgency. Our primary contact was Nick. Chris, the GM also came out and spent some time on site with us. They were straight up, honest, and transparent every step of the way. Rainbow International in Dickinson did an amazing job for one of my clients. We had to have the attic cleaned of rat droppings, etc before the house could close the next day. They sent someone out immediately that evening to see the attic and came back early the next morning to clean the attic so that we were able to close on the sale by 2:00. They gave us a very good price even though it was an urgent situation and they were very prompt, courteous and professional. They do a fantastic job cleaning the attic. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to all my clients.

After an unusually cold winter storm crippled the power grid and resultantly caused water pipes to burst in our home, we relied on the recommendation of our insurance agent and reached out to Rainbow International of Dickinson.

I have worked with many contractors over the last few years on various projects. When Chris from Rainbow International of dickinson came over to provide an estimate, I was surprised to see that he wanted to resolve my issue in a systematic manner and not just try to make money quickly and move on ( which is what I had unfortunately experienced repeatedly with other contractors). His crew was on time every time, worked around my schedule, walked me through the project and explained every thing in detail and provided a fair price. I recommend this company highly and wish them more success because they deserve it!

We had a water leak in the house,damaging the flooring & sheetrock by the washer. Rainbow Int. was quick to respond & set up mitigation equipment right away. Someone checked on us every day the equipment was there. Chris(from Rainbow) was there when the insurance adjuster came out. He communicated effectively with the adjuster. The contractor completing repairs(Mike) was fantastic. I never leave the home with work being done, but I was able to do so with him(without worries). The floor is in place & we are pleased.Thank you!

I have used Rainbow personally and for my clients. I have been very pleased with their work, their professionalism and that they just work so hard to satisfy their customers!
I called Rainbow in for an evaluation on a possible mold issue for a home my clients were purchasing. Chris spent over 2 hours in the home checking every wall! He found the entire south wall of the home my clients were purchasing had moisture in every room and both floors of the south side of the home. After much inspecrion, he concluded it would need full remediation and other areas checked as well. The cost for the full remediation and then renovation would have been close to $600,000. Chris saved my clients from this nightmare. He also worked all night to get numbers to me because I was under a time constraint.

Chris with Rainbow of Dickinson was great. We had a toilet flood part of the ground level of our house and were referred to Rainbow of Dickinson by our insurance company. After the mitigation and clean up we were very satisfied/impressed with their knowledge, work, and handling of the situation. Because of this we opted to use Rainbow for the restoration process and even a couple of extra projects as well. Once again very happy. Chris and the team that handled the services needed in our home were a breath of fresh air. When you discover a significant amount of water damage in your home things can get stressful, quickly. But Chris explained and prepared us for what this process would look like. He answered all questions and didn't rush through the initial walk through. Any time I called he answered or returned my call quickly.

The team worked diligently and communicated very well through the whole process. They touched base with us daily to ensure we knew where we were at in the mitigation process.

Hiring Rainbow International Restoration of Dickinson was the best decision I could have possibly made when the AC drain line backed up and flooded my house. Chris was absolutely amazing. Not only was all of his work done on schedule, but it was also up to my very high (Type A personality) standards. Chris is clearly fully invested in his work, he takes it very seriously and asks over and over what more he can do to help and put the customer at ease. He is everything you would hope for in a contractor. Not to mention, my insurance company was EXTREMELY difficult to work with and they tried everything to get out of paying for the total cost of the claim. As GC for the repairs, Chris went FAR above and beyond to research and document everything in order to get the coverage that I needed. I have dealt with other contractors and I have never seen anyone work so hard to help the customer deal with an insurance company. I can’t tell you how lucky I was to have him helping me! This was a really difficult situation and the insurance made it such a nightmare. I am 100% sure that I would’ve ended up getting scammed out of a lot of money by the insurance company if Chris had not advocated for me and helped me navigate the claim process. If you are faced with a bad situation in your home, it is already stressful enough...do yourself a HUGE favor and hire Chris. You will be very glad that you did!!

Our experience with Rainbow International was far beyond our expectations. They are extremely knowledgeable about remediation in all aspects. Chris is by far the most honest and hard working professional in this industry that we know. We think that others in this business should be taking lessons. Rainbow International did such great work in our rental house that we plan to have them do all of our work going forward. It's such a nice feeling to know we can call on Rainbow when we need something and not have to worry about dealing with shady people with inadequate business practices. They do stellar work.

As a plumber, I often go to homes that have a broken pipe or a backed up sewer line that floods a home or apartment. I called 2 other restoration companies and was sent to voicemail both times. When I finally called Rainbow Restoration they answered on the first ring, and helped me efficiently with amazing customer service. I asked them to go to an apartment complex that had flooded and 15 minutes after getting off the phone with them they arrived at the apartments. They provided my customer with options and took care of them as if they were family. This is the company that I will be telling all my customers about. Chris was amazing to work with! He was very thorough, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, experienced, went above and beyond, very professional, worked with our schedule, responsive, and showed up on time. We were concerned about a potential mold issue and were mistreated by our property manager when we tried to get help. It was upsetting. We're so glad we reached out here for help after that. Chris' emotional intelligence, understanding, and kindness really meant the world to us. He has helped us tremendously during a very difficult time. We can't recommend him enough!
