My sell depended on getting the house dried out and moisture free. Owner Chris and his crew went above and beyond to work with me on a tight deadline. Not only that but Chris worked with me on a price that fit the budget I had to work with. The work on the house came in on time and under budget.

After a massive amount of water flooded areas of my house, I was overwhelmed. My insurance company recommended Rainbow Restoration of Dickinson as the water mitigator. Chris and his great teams came in reassuring me that all would be taken care of. They cleared away a lot & dried out what stayed. They were able to pack-up & store boxes which will be returned after all is done. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this company. Everyone is truly so kind, hardworking, honest, patient, and humble. They go above and beyond, they’re thorough, and they don’t rush. Everything was explained to my husband and I in great detail so that we were always on the same page every step of the way. We were having issues with our house outside of their scope of work, and Chris still took extra time (after working on our home with his team for hours already) to get us the resources to get those things fixed as well. The word “compassionate” Is almost an understatement to describe Chris and all of the wonderful workers who came together in my family’s time of need. They treated my family and I, as well as our home, with such respect. I could honestly go on all day about my positive experience. The only regret I have is not reaching out sooner. Chris was so helpful as we had never dealt with insurance and they were extremely difficult. They came in removed and treated everything. The communication was great and everything went seamless. Rainbow was amazing! They helped me pack and move all my furniture — along with a lot of other belongings — with so much care and kindness. They packed and wrapped everything extremely well and were very careful throughout, especially since there were a lot of antiques and high-end furniture involved. Eunice Resendiz, Rebecca Ladd, Ken Lowe, Nelson, and Joel were all super professional, efficient, and friendly. They made what could’ve been a really stressful day go smoothly and with zero issues. How do we express our supreme satisfaction with the Rainbow crew that moved all our furniture back into our hi-rise apt this July. They were a team of 5 who worked so hard and cared so much about our belongings. They showed respect for us and our things and never made us feel like it was a burden. I had such a great experience with Eunice and her coworkers. Having to move my belongings unexpectedly was made easier thanks to the great work they did taking inventory with photos, providing a list, and labeling the boxes. It was very convenient they were also able to store my items.

I can't say enough about the service I received from Rainbow. When I realized I had mold in my house I called out 3 different companies. When Chris from Rainbow showed up I knew he was my guy. From start to finish he and his crew were amazing. From day one when they started I could tell his crew was different than most, they took such good care of my home as if it were their own. Shout out to Lobo, the crew leader, he was so kind and thorough with everything. He would send me pictures and videos of anything he would find to keep me updated when I wasn't there. They guys would clean up everyday before leaving and would stop what they were doing anytime I came by to answer all of my questions and show me what had been done and what was next. Chris was more than fair when unexpected things would come up and I never felt like he was just out to get me. If you're needing help, do yourself a favor and call them first. Unfortunately, Eunice had an unexpected emergency, so Lupita, Lupita, and Bonita came back to pack it back. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful.
