Border Air, did some a/c service today around noon for my next door neighbor at Jay Avenue in McAllen, TX... when their Border Air white van started to leave from my next door neighbor's house, their white van entered my driveway and left my driveway with bunch of oil spots on my drive way :(... Border Air, you need to service your van more often, they are leaking oil other people's driveways. I am NOT a customer, NOR intend to become one after this experience.

To many problems with company installing ac unit.1st.installed it wrong and had to redo all of it.2nd. Look leaking air under my double wide and they said could not fit underneath which I think was not true.am having to hire another company to go underneath and find out the problem.

Our AC stopped working so I called Border Air. An hour later they were at the the door. In 30 minutes they had it fixed. Good service!

My AC system was freezing up, after letting it defrost there was very little air coming out of the air vents. My blower gave out, Border Air came out right away and fixed my problem, even on Memorial Day.

Don't understand why the guys had to take my unit to the shop... because they said they didn't have the acid with them. My unit was not even that dirty .. I for sure don't trust them.. they carry everything else....

They installed my smart thermostat but since my wiring was old the heater wouldnt turn on...they came back installed a temporary and reprogrammed the device and came back installed it back without charging me more very happy with it now

I would like to thank border air. The emplyees here worked fast and got it done. They were awesome. Price was far better than alot of the AC companies in the RGV. I would recommend this company. My allergies are so good w new unit.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
