I've used Green Steam on multiple occasions. John is really a great technician when it comes to removing stains. He impressed and DELIGHTED me when he cleaned a wool area rug. Pet problem stains were no problem for him I wouldn't use anybody else. Thanks guys! What a find.
Recently we had a major water leak in our second bath which ultimately soaked the carpets in 2 bedrooms. We called Green Steam and they came out the next day. Their service tech was Johnny and he did a great job. Was very courteous, professional and thorough. He extracted as much water out of the carpets and pads as possible and then steam clearned them as well as a couple area rugs that also got wet. He left a couple of fans to help dry the carpets and returned the next day to check on them. The carpets were still a little wet so he brought the vacuum back in and extracted some more water. All in all, very pleased with Green Steam and Johnny and appreciated them using non chemicals. They were also very competitively priced. Highly recommend Their service.
Wow! Outstanding same day service. Had a great conversation with owners father, Randy Willis, when we placed the order. Randy is a central Texas western historian and author. Just talking with him was a wonderful experience. We spoke at noon; they were at the house around three. The technician worked fast but very, very thorough. He double checked with us several times to make sure the carpet cleaning met our expectation. We live in the country with three playful dogs. This was the first time we’ve had the carpet cleaned since we bought the house in mid-2021. It looks great. We will definitely use them again. Dave Walker in Wimberley.
