I had my thermocouple go out on my water heater. Based on my initial debug, I knew this was the issue. I got a quote from them over the phone. They came and verified the issue and did not make up any other problem. They fix it and charge me what we agreed on over the phone.

I called Proficient Plumbing on a Friday night at 9:30PM. Not only did I receive a prompt response, but I was walked through some basic troubleshooting on the phone to help resolve the emergency. Terrific communication skills and friendly, too. I highly recommend Bertin and his team at Proficient Plumbing Solutions.

The handle broke in our master shower and there was continual water dripping. Bertin at Proficient plumbing took my call and was able to come out the same day. He quickly identified the problem and was very comprehensive in his explanation of what might happen when he tried to fix it, as it was a complicated break. He and his associate were able to resolve the problem quickly with no issues. They were friendly and professional and even took the time to give us some advice about another plumbing related issue that we had.

I've had the pleasure of using Proficient Plumbing Solutions for numerous commercial projects over the past couple of years. From small jobs such as unclogging a floor drain, replacing multiple faucets, removing a garbage disposal and replacing a water heater, to finding a leak in a busted pipe 3 feet underground or rerouting water lines for an outdoor parking lot we were repairing. They show up on time, they are efficient and their employees are always a pleasure to work with. I appreciate them providing a clear estimate PRIOR to doing any work so that I can make the best financial decision before going forward. I have been using Proficient Plumbing for my plumbing service for almost 2 years. I cannot say enough about this team of professionals! They are not only great at their work, but truly nice people! I love writing a review when it comes to companies like this! I didn't list everything that they worked on at my home because it has been many different things. I can say A+ job! We had an emergency water issue on a Sunday, when we drilled through our main water line by accident while hanging things in our garage. We called Bertin at Proficient Plumbing and he came out within 15 minutes of our call, on a SUNDAY. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the issue, and knew just how to fix it. He had our water line fixed and water back on within 45 minutes of arriving. Outstanding customer service and his work was flawless. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

I called Proficient for a very simple, non-urgent job that I just didn’t have the tools for. They got me on the schedule in less than a week. Bertine came out, was vey professional and friendly. The job took less than 10 minutes. I was prepared to pay the basic estimate charge and any trip charge, but he didn’t charge me a thing. We used Proficient Plumbing on a major job replacing all the water lines in our home. We talked to people who used them in the past for similar jobs, and they were highly recommended. I felt the estimate they gave us was reasonable. Owner Bertin Jaimes said it would take 2 weeks from beginning to end, and they completed the job on time. We could not have been happier with the results. They were very professional and were very conscious of doing a clean job, minimizing damage to our home. The crew – Bertin, Frankie, Chris, and Garrett – could not have been more accommodating. They made sure we understood the work being planned each day and when necessary to have the water turned off, they gave us plenty of notice so we could plan accordingly. We are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend them.

Proficient Plumbing is one of the nicest companies we have worked with since moving to Dripping Springs. They have had to come in and fix some of the work a prior contractor did and we will never not hire a licensed plumber again. Since then, we have not called anyone else but Proficient Plumbing for our plumbing needs. I can't recommend them enough!

Reading reviews on the internet are always a gamble. I can tell you, we have had this company come to our house three times. Each time they have been professional, on time and have done great work. We had a toilet put in, a water heater installed, a shower fixed and had work on our pipes done outside. When you find a good resource you want to share it because we know how it is to take a chance with someone coming to your house and getting it done the first time. We trust Bertín and his crew.

Super professional company. From the lady that setup my service call to the reminder call and the plumber, all were very courteous and professional.

They were extremely busy so I was booked eight days out as our issue wasn't that drastic. Radiant quoted about 12 weeks! In retrospect, I'm glad that Radiant couldn't make it out. Everyone at Proficient Plumbing were amazing to deal with and the price for the repair was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend.
