First time to use Proficient Plumbing, easy to schedule, technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. Cost is reasonable and would recommend them to family and friends!

I knew and worked with Bertin for many years before he started Proficient Plumbing. I’ve always been impressed by his professionalism and expertise, so when we had our first plumbing issue in our home (needed a new water heater!) immediately, my wife called them. They really know their stuff, and they are dependable, honest, professional, friendly, and timely. Katy & Jessica (office staff) always take the time to listen and are very helpful. We’ve used them now for other installs/repairs and even referred other friends after the recent snowstorm, and we are just so thankful that we have a company with people we can trust to provide excellent service.

We had the best experience with Billy & Garrett! They installed our dream smart toilet, and went above and beyond to even help us out with our loose kitchen faucet. Great energy, quick and efficient install, and high quality service!

Proficient ran a propane line for us to where our new backup generator is to go. The work is beautiful, and carefully tested. The team doing the work was super-professional and very friendly. I had a general idea of what was required, but they got the installation spec for the model of generator we have and made sure what was installed was exactly what was called for. It wasn't cheap, but the price was entirely reasonable. They clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows.

I would recommend Proficient to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work.

A quick follow-up: There was a problem with the pressure regulator (although that wasn't obvious at first - the generator just wouldn't start), and they were super-responsive in diagnosing the problem, and in fixing it. I'm even happier to recommend a company who stands behind their warranty the way Proficient Plumbing does.

Another follow-up: The pressure reducing valve installed at the street when the house was built failed, raising the pressure in the house high enough that the water softener wasn't working as well. We called Proficient Plumbing, they were out the next day, pressure is now back to 65 psi, and our water is soft again.

Proficient Plumbing Solutions is AWESOME! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. They are super responsive, professional, friendly, honest and transparent.I called them Monday morning because my water heater went out over the weekend and they were at my house Monday afternoon and took care of it. They were meticulous about covering my floors, and cleaned up prior to leaving. They spent a lot of time answering questions not only about my immediate plumbing issue but some other plumbing concerns.
It was a breath of fresh air to finally hire a contractor who came when they said they were going to come, explained their pricing and process, and did a quality job. Their customer service is EXCELLENT and I can't thank them enough for taking care of my problem so quickly!!!

I had a rather urgent plumbing issue one weekend and I was unable to take care of it myself. As soon I could give Proficient a call on Monday morning, I did, and they were able to work me in that afternoon. There was no pushing to have more work done than needed. In fact, they gave me a few options at different price points, and did not try to make less expensive sound bad in order to upsell. Last week, Garrett came out to fix the gas leak in our stove. He was able to come in, explain the problem, and offer a quick solution. Garrett was professional and trustworthy and got the job done the same day. I am extremely satisfied with Proficient Plumbing Solution and would definitely use them again in the future.

Bertin and Chris were dispatched within an hour by Jessica. They suggested an upgraded repair and design to the preexisting Rube Goldberg Pipe and Valves. Professional, friendly, cheerful. I enjoyed the opportunity to watch , ask and learn as they did a much more aesthetic and functional installation than what was there before. Hire these guys,

We had Proficient Plumbing do a large job, they connected our detached garage to the water main at our house. It was about 300' away, they had to use a trenching machine and navigate the driveway and a stone wall. They treated the job like they were working on their own house, they paid particular attention to ensuring that they didn't uproot any trees or damage our stone wall. After the trenching was finished and they covered the trench you wouldn't even know they had been there. They used quality materials and went one-step above and beyond by installing a tracer wire
- I was impressed. They called me before they came out and immediately following the job to ensure that I was happy. The staff were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable - they will be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future.

I’ve had 3 different experiences with PPS, all of them common, water heater trouble, stoppages in systems but all were met with ease by Bertin, Billy, Cade and the whole team. Then I called for a monster project *putting in a new bathroom in a separate unit that involved 200’ of trenching, pumps and creativity to not breakup my foundation, that’s when craftsmanship and a solutions based approach got to shine. Technician Billy came to our house as scheduled and installed a water main turn off valve inside our garage so we would not have to walk to the curb during icy conditions. Billy did a great job, was neat, cleaned everything up and very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had an incident where there was a huge puddle of water in my front lawn and I had no idea how long it had been there or how it happened. I waited a few days and noticed the puddle had gotten bigger. I gave Proficient Plumbing Solutions a call to help me figure out where this water was coming from. They was extremely helpful and so nice. They walked me through everything and even showed me the roots that had caused all the damage. It turned out that my tree that was next to my house had roots that had grown into the pipes and cracked them. Thanks for your help and fixing our broken pipe.

Bertin Jaimes and his assistant Kevin did an excellent job of changing out our two 40 gallon water heaters to a tankless heater! They were very thorough and did a very neat job of plumbing in the new system and cleaned up the work site before leaving. Great job!!! See before and after pictures.

Bertin & his whole crew are fantastic! They make it easy to schedule and are transparent with their pricing. They work really hard to get any issues resolved ASAP. After our last winter freeze Bentin came out himself after hours to replace a cracked pool backflow pipe. I can't recommend them enough!

From initial call to Garrett, who replaced our water heater, this group was professional, friendly and had us back in hot water (in the good way) in just a few hours. We have been customers of Proficient Plumbing Solutions since the very early days, and we have always been incredibly satisfied with their work. One thing we’ve always appreciated is their willingness to truly collaborate with us on some of the more complex jobs.
However, what impressed me most recently was seeing them stand by their word. We’ve always heard them talk about their excellent warranty and standing behind their work, but recently we actually had to put that to the test. Something went wrong with a previous job (honestly, through no fault of anyone's), and when I called it in, they literally moved mountains to get me sorted out. It’s easy to talk about warranties, but their follow-through when it really matters makes it real. Full appreciation to the team—I couldn't recommend them enough.
