I called Live Oak on a Friday afternoon with a request for power washing our driveway and patio on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Jared was quick to respond and provide a quote for us! We felt the quote provided was fair and we were able to fit into the schedule for the following Monday! Jared did a great job with the power washing and took time to explain why he was unable to get rid of a few minor spots. We would definitely call Live Oak again for power washing or other exterior cleaning services!

We contacted Jared on a Saturday after being unable to get our pressure washer started. He responded within 24 hours and was able to schedule an appointment a day later. He was professional and communicative throughout the process.

The results were amazing! The patio we needed cleaned looks like it did the day it was constructed. In fact, Jared was able to get a few places clean that we had never been able to fully clean ourselves.

Called Live Oak to see if they could do a small pressure wash for me. I believe I talk to Jared. He was very helpful, even told me the best way to do the job without using a pressure washer. A lot of people would’ve taken the job and charged an arm and a leg. In the future, if I have any pressure washing or window cleaning to be done I will definitely Call Mr. Jared at Live Oak.

Jared @ Live Oak was recommended by Austin Bros Fence to stain the fence that they installed. It could not have gone smoother- Jared was able to do an estimate based on drawings I had (we live in an historic house in Austin) and helped with color selection- I was after a flat black to "disappear" given that the house is fairly ornate in detail. The work Jared did is just outstanding- the fence is now very finished looking. He was quick, very clean, and extremely reasonable in price. I'm now going to tap Jared to do other things here- gentle power washing of the building surfaces, windows and deck washing.

We contracted with Live Oak Exterior Cleaning to power wash the rear of our house, power wash two patios, and clean windows inside and out.

Our house is just under 12 months old but after installing our swimming pool, the rear was covered in dirt and dust and all the airborne muck from 6 months of excavation and pool building.

Jordan went above and beyond. Not only did he do a great job (we can actually see out our windows now!) but he did a couple of extra things like power washing the front porch and part of the driveway to remove construction mud.

We could not be happier with the results and with the efficiency and communication with Jordan.
