Jared was FANTASTIC! My type A personality is fully satisfied. I reached out to him last Wednesday and he had a quote for me by the end of the day. It came in slightly higher than another quote I received but I went with Jared because I could tell from our interaction that he was meticulous and ON IT (the other guy could barely string a sentence together)! Jared asked great questions to get me the most accurate quote and I didn't have any surprise upcharges once the work was complete. His scheduling system was great - easy links to confirm my appointment and reminders. He had to reschedule our first appointment and did so by communicating clearly and in a timely fashion. He was able to reschedule me quickly, arrived early, needed minimal direction from me, and completed the work efficiently. The before and after pictures are incredible. He even did a couple of smaller sections that I did not include in my original request just because his perfectionism wouldn't let them be ignored. Super nice guy and great work ethic! 100% recommend!

Jared did a fantastic job helping me complete several home projects! He washed my windows which are now sparkling clean. I appreciated him helping me remove/replace the screens from some of the windows. He also power-washed my driveway and sidewalk and cleaned my roof which now look so much better. Jared and his crew did a great job on the windows in our business complex! When we reached out for quotes, Live Oak Home & Commercial responded quickly with a written quote which detailed all buildings and # of windows per building. Such clear and professional communication seems rare these days...compare that with a flat $ text or email quote from other bidders and no certainty about whether they got everything we needed. Jared followed up to my communications promptly. They confirmed in advance, showed up when they said they would, and made our windows and walkways look fabulous. Great transaction all around.
