Lewis plumbing always does a fantastic job for us.

Had a very good experience lots of people told me they weren't very reliable but I really had good service.

They consistently order the wrong part. Never show up when they are supposed to and really don't care how long their customers go without hot water!

Home town good guys love there great work I recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing needs

Set an appointment for a consultation a week in advance. When the day came for the consultation, they did not meet the time frame they said they were going to come. Played phone tag consecutively with front desk, and they never came or made through with the appointment. Definitely not a good first impression for the company.

Do not use Lewis plumbing. I have a family that's been out of water for a month after they said they came out and fixed the problem. I have another family that has no water and they said they would be out first thing in morning when I called they said they didn't have any idea when they'd be out but they would be there before lunch. Still a no show and no communication.

Lewis plumbing do a great job been using them for 24 years.The employees all friendly ,honest and do great job fixing and repairing everything they do.They are the best plumbers in Texas.

This company was very prompt with sending a plumber to our home. Our bathroom sewer line was 100% clogged. He had it unclothed in less than 30 minutes. He also diagnosed why it occurred and said he would schedule a time to alleviate the problem.

They are not the most time conscious company. Waited 3 days for them to fix a broken water pipe and replace a thermostat. This was 2 days later than expected.

After they left we had no heat. We called every day for a week straight. Each time the receptionist/dispatcher said she would send someone out. No one came.

We finally had to contact another company.

my moms home they replace all water lines in and under home to and the meter. they did a great job,my mom and i was very pleased with their work. Thank You guys and the secretary very much. great job. Ronnie and Wanda Wilson

Excellent response, and really got me out of a bind. Thank you Larry Lewis for scheduling my service. Thanks to Joey and Andres for the prompt execution. I would recommend Lewis Plumbing and Heating every time.

I make the call and they are able to come out the next day, which is fantastic. When the tech gets there for A/C maintenance, he puts the gauges on to check the line, takes the top off the condenser, explains how he is not familiar with the unit and will return to the shop to "do research" and come back another day. Never heard or saw from again. Received a bill for "cleaning the condenser" with a cost for the cleaner used on the coil. Complete fraud of a company, do not use.
