Excellent work! They removed pet stains that other cleaners couldn't.

I used Landers for a long time. I really liked the job they did. but the last two times they have sent unreliable people that show up 2-3 hours late IF and a BIG IF they show up. If they tell you Darrell is coming-cancel your appt and hire another company. He is NEVER on time. I had requested another guy Scott that came one time that was very punctual and if he was going to be late at least communicated with you and he does a great job. but on the day of the job they switched me back to Darrell and here I sit waiting on him hours later. they offered to come after I called and complained and was told he was 45 minutes away. I said never mind. I'll just take my business elsewhere. very sad as I liked the way they did my carpets with detergentless cleaning. but I'll be calling zerorez now who does the same thing. they are more expensive but at least I have a better chance of having someone actually show up to do my carpets and take my money. I am not a large job but a small quick in and out easy money job but yet I am treated like I don't even exist. Run from this company.

We have used Landers quite a few times because we are under warranty still with our new home. Landers is who our builder uses. Our first two experiences weren't the greatest, as the guy showed up 3 hours late and was suppose to call 5 minutes before he got here and didn't. He came here at 9 at night, which for us and most is to late.

The third and fourth time was very pleasant. Our service with Josh these last times have been great. He calls with updates frequently and always shows up on time with a smile. He also takes the time to shake my hand, which I like. He is very professional.

The only reason I gave Landers 4 stars is because the first two experiences with another guy was not good at all. If we had been dealing with Josh the entire time I would have given them 5 stars. I would only recommend Landers to others if Josh was the one that would be helping them.

We had a pipe burst during the February ‘21 winter storm that caused significant water damage to the house. Landers took very good care of the home, drying it immediately, relocating lots of furniture to replace the carpet pad, etc. Very honest and good people. They arrived late and stayed until 10:00pm, doing their work and helping me put the furniture back where we had it prior to flooding. If you’re reading this, you’ll be happy and well taken care of with Landers.

They showed up right on time, worked like pros, and left my place sparkling clean. I'm seriously impressed with how thorough they were.

They did my apartment super fast and got all the pet stains out. Darrel was understanding of our son there and helped me feel like his room was fresh after the newborn baby stage :)

I've been sneezing less since they cleaned my carpets, which is a huge bonus! They were super respectful of my space, too.

They showed up on time , explained the process , and left our home spotless . Highly recommend !

Fish sent Melissa to do our windows for a big event we had and I could not be more impressed by the professional job she did! She is fast, organized and very friendly! The fact that they did it for free was beyond our expectations!!! Our nonprofit was so blessed by that gesture!!
