Merry Maids Weatherford is a good company to do business with. They have good people working for them. Sometimes you may have to go through some lemons. If that happens, don't give up. Within a few months they sent a team that works quickly, thoroughly and respectfully. These ladies obviously take pride in doing a good job. Isn't that what we're looking for? Customer service was Excellent and communicative. Had a few issues with the 1st team of maids' work, having missed several areas of the house on a deep clean. The customer service coordinator, Blanca maid... (pun intended) everything right and was extremely flexible with the return appointment. Brooklyn came back and redid everything and did it right! She was very thorough and fast! Excellent turnaround!

Scheduling is fairly easy. They try to work with my availability. The team was able to get each cleaning done around my hectic schedule. They do a great job and are thorough. The monthly schedule has significantly reduced the day to day and weekly cleaning I used to do in my home. I would definitely recommend them to others.
