4 ladies arrived and moved with precision. Did a deep cleaning of my home. When they left everything was sparkling. Would definitely use them again. You won’t be disappointed.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. In three hours they managed to do what I couldn’t do in 3 weeks. The attention to detail is impeccable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to invite Selene’s team back. I will be signing up for the every other week cleaning.

The Bears team was absolutely AMAZING! They were incredibly friendly as well. Despite my appearance, which might lead you to believe I’m young and capable of maintaining my home, the truth is, it can be quite a mess at times. My autoimmune disease makes it physically challenging for me to keep up with the upkeep of my house, so I’m incredibly grateful that they were able to help me get things back in order. You all are truly amazing! Also, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Jona for always being willing to accommodate me on the schedule. I appreciate you all so much. ♥️

I'm delighted to share my experience with The Maids cleaning service, specifically team Cowboys, with team lead Rocio. As a first-time user, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional job they did in cleaning my house. From top to bottom, every corner sparkled with cleanliness, and the attention to detail was evident. Their professionalism and efficiency have convinced me to opt for their monthly service. I highly recommend The Maids for anyone seeking a reliable and thorough cleaning service.

This company opens their heart to help out patients with serious health issues, and they provided 2 cleanings. I had no issues with the first 3 gals, and tipped them $20 each. I was told the first cleaning was a deep cleaning and the 2nd (within 2 months) would not be a deep cleaning.

Added to original post on Jan 1, 2026:
The manager reimbursed us by sending us stamps to replace the ones that were taken. I added another star to their review.

The gals stayed only half the amount of time the 2nd time. After tipping them $10 each, a big issue became revealed that evening. A partial roll of stamps had been taken off the bed. I called the Manager Jona the next morning, and was told she'd look into it and call me back. As expected, a call never was returned. However, what are the chances a maid would admit to taking them, right?

It's really ashame that one maid could taint the beautiful gesture that this company did. Really the stamps needed to be put away, but that's no excuse to steal.

So folks, just put away any valuables, and I think you'll enjoy a nice service.

I called to see if they had same day cleaning available and they were able to send out a team within an hour! The team of three ladies they sent did such an amazing job. I told them what I wanted done and they did it all! The house looks and smells wonderful! I could never have gotten my house this clean all at once! Thank you Rocio and the Cowboys team! As a person who is very particular about the way my house is cleaned I was reluctant to call a new cleaning service. Due to the process of selling the house, professional cleaning was a necessity for photos and showings.
I was recommended "The Maids" of Arlington by a reputable realtor. So I decided to give it a try. My first encounter was quite disappointing by the attitude and performance of the ladies especially Maribel. I contacted the The owner and she took accountability and made things right by sending a new team who came to fix the "work" of the previous team. Very next day and free of charge. To say I was amazed is to say nothing. Berta, Eva and Kiara did spectacular job with great attitude and care. They were proactive and initiative. Needless to say a week later I booked them again and they delivered excellence! If you are particular about cleaning services these ladies (Berta, Eva and Kiara) are the ones to call. Highly recommend 10/10!

Have used The Maids multiple times for initial move in and follow up deep cleaning. They always do a fantastic job. We have pets and they do a great job cleaning up the hair and muck that builds up over time. Will continue to use them and highly recommend!

Newland is the best landscaping and lawn care we’ve ever used. Jovany has helped design, install, and maintain both hardscape and landscape on our property with excellence and attention to detail. His team works hard until the job is completed. Our new raised deck, retaining wall, sprinkler system, and lush yard and beds have truly added to the enjoyment of our home. Would highly recommend.

Jacob and crew do a great job -- they are all hard workers and reliably arrive for their scheduled work. A special shout out to the young man (sorry don't know his name) who does the fertilizer and pre/post emergent applications - he is meticulous in his work, always friendly and if the weather doesn't cooperate, he's back as soon as it dries up!
