Recently, my wife and I started noticing a high-pitched whistling sound whenever we used one of our faucets. The noise seemed to be coming from underneath the house, right near the main water shutoff. I looked online for a well-reviewed plumber in Duncanville and set up an appointment. From my first phone call, the staff was friendly and professional. They booked me for a visit just two days later. Cameron, the plumber who arrived, was on time and clearly knew his trade. After a careful inspection, he figured out the noise was caused by a faulty pressure regulating valve and replaced it right away. Cameron also checked out the rest of our plumbing system in the crawlspace and let me know everything else was in great shape. The price for the service was very fair, especially considering the quality of work. I’m happy to say I’ve found a plumber in Duncanville I can count on for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber.

the gas company in duncanville turned off my gas for safety reasons since the water heater flue was damaged and needed to be fixed. i called a local plumbing service, and cameron came out to help. even though the space was really tight to work in, cameron repaired the flue quickly and made sure to only cut into the drywall as much as needed to reach the problem. the price was fair for the plumbing repair and i really appreciated the care they took with my home. overall, i'm very happy with the service and will call them again for any plumbing needs.

i noticed my hot water heater was acting up, so i called a local plumber that morning. cameron came out later that afternoon to check things out. he found that my water heater was over 20 years old and suggested a replacement. the estimate was very fair, so i decided to go ahead with the new unit. they scheduled the installation just a few days later and gave me a heads up the day before. on the day of the job, they arrived right on time. the water heater was up on the third floor, but cameron and his team handled everything neatly and professionally. after the install, i pointed out a couple of small things, and they fixed them right away. overall, i had a great experience and would highly recommend this plumber to anyone needing water heater work done.
