Called early AM on Monday 4/14, they said someone should be out by 10:00 - 12:00 AM and Manny showed up early, 9:15, which was a pleasant surprise. Manny had my LG refrigerator/freezer diagnosed within 10 minutes, the loud noise was the fan in the freezer. He order the part and by Friday he had it and came back to install it. Could not be happier with the service, and he's a real nice guy, too. I will use them again. Just an FYI to anyone: Manny said that LG is one of the most unreliable brands and I am better off in the future sticking with the standard older brand names: Maytag, Whirpool, GE, Frigidaire. The LG is only 3 years old and the freezer fan went out, which Manny said is typical of LG.

Billy came out during the Holiday weekend to diagnose an issue with my dryer. He had the part I needed on hand and the job was complete in not more than 20 minutes. His prices are reasonable and the service is great. Thanks Billy!

Very happy with the service. Brennen was knowledgeable and efficient. Ice maker was fixed (replaced) quickly. I highly recommend them.
This is three days later. I had to call them again because ice maker was not dispensing ice. Brennen came back and showed me the issue. I was not placing bucket correctly. Thank you Brennen for your instruction and expertise.
