About the business:
My experience as an appliance repairman began as a teen. My Father, Ken Collins, operated an appliance business in northeast El Paso from 1964 to 1982 then again in east Texas from 1984 to 2002 where I received most of my training.

Gary is very open and honest, right when I called him he instantly told me what was needed and what he could do. This man is awesome he gave me referrals on which washers are good and bad, which was great for future purchases. Thank you Gary.

Called to set up a repair on a 10 yr old GE dishwasher. Mr Collins talked me through an easy fix and saved my dad a lot of money on repair. He is easy to talk to and ever so friendly. I highly reccomend him.

I needed a part for a dryer. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed, but he called me back and told me where I could possibly get one. Then he text me later with helpful tips and videos to help with my project. He went above and out of his way to help me knowing he wasn't getting my business since he didn't have what I needed. I appreciate him so much! To find someone around here that actually cares and does their job and goes above and beyond was very refreshing. Anytime I or anyone I know need anything to do with appliances, this is where we will be going! Thanks Collins appliances!
