Viking fridge that Edward came to repair. Never did repair it. Edward is very nice and friendly, but he failed to fix the Viking fridge and also has stopped answering his phone. So now we’re out all of the money we spent trying to repair it, but we still have to go buy a new fridge. Won’t be purchasing from them this time.

Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was very disappointing. The receptionist JOHANA was rude, dismissive, and showed no customer service or professionalism. Simple questions were met with an unhelpful attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. First impressions matter, and this experience did not reflect well on the office. There was no effort to be helpful, and the tone used was unprofessional and dismissive. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and courtesy made it a negative experience.

Edward was an excellent technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with my refrigerator and how he fixed it. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. I truly appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Thanks to Edward, my refrigerator is working perfectly again. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair needs.
