How interesting that my review is as low as all the past reviews. This company has a good rating on the BBB website, I will be contacting them next and sharing my experience and those of others on this company. I ordered a vent and it was never shipped. I called one week later since their website states 2-24 hours for items to ship. I was told I would receive it Monday. still no item and when I called again they hung up on me a total of 12 times!! Humberto Camacho owns this business and I wonder if he knows or cares at all. What a joke of a business

I placed an order for two windows on 4/25/26. The expected delivery window was May 1st-May 4th. Today is May 3rd. At 10:30pm I received an email canceling my order stating they dont have enough in stock to fulfill my order. As a first time customer, I have to say that I am highly disappointed. I overlooked the negative reviews and focused on the positive ones with hopes of a better outcome. I was clearly mistaken.

I placed an online order.
It’s been 3 weeks it is showing they haven’t put it in the mail yet.
I have called multiple times on multiple days, I get put on hold then after a long time the phone hangs up, I also left a voice message , emailed 2 times. No response. I checked Google to see if this was a legit business and it shows they are “open” - but obviously no one is home.
I Would like my money back!
