I had a technician come on last Wednesday. Today they were supposed to come to install the broken part….I got a text saying on the way, about an hour later I got another text saying job complete and to rate my technician. The guy never came and never finished the job. So here I am a family of 5 with no washer, spending $100 at the laundry mat every couple of days cause Sears doesn’t know how to do their job. Sears was quick to charge our extended warranty $500. This is horrible service.

I have my appluance under warranty. My range started having problems. The "clickers" on one side didn't work unless I turned them both to on at the same time. I called Sears and a tech came out, checked it, and ordered parts. 6 weeks later I've had 4 appointments for a tech to come out and install the parts. Each time rhe tech has not made it.except for once. And he write on the Sears site "customer not home" when my door was wide open. He did not bother to call me or come knock on my door. I have an appointment today, May 10 2025. Their appointments are from 8 to 5 so I cannot go anywhere.
Let's see what happens. You'd think that wirh warranty protection theyd be more attentive to their customers. -

Horrible service! Scheduled an appointment on Saturday, and it keeps being rescheduled by them. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!
