Knowledgeable, efficient and great technician! My oven was fixed quickly! Michael and Elijah even tightened bolts and connectors that were not part of the problem (just a lack of quality control from ZLine products) to ensure the unit was properly functioning. This was the 3rd company to come out and address this issue with our oven and BY FAR the best!

Alonso was punctual and did a good job. There was not much wrong with my washer and now it is running fine again.

We have a very old stove and Michael tried very hard to find a part. No avail. However it did show us how the burner can turn on without having to light it. So I was very pleased with our repair tech

The technician checked the freezer and observed the rubber at the bottom part of the door loose in the middle. He promptly put it back together and the door closed completely, without leaving a space at the top of the freezer. We didn't notice the rubber was out of place at the bottom. After this the door sealed completely.

Very quick and friendly service was notified of every step of my washer repair, called it in on a Thursday and it was fixed by Monday morning. Excellent customer service I truly recommend this company and also getting the extended warranty for your appliances definitely worth every penny.

Elijah was very pleasant, helpful and experienced in diagnosing the problems with the dryer. He was extremely supportive in assisting us through the next steps in getting our dryer replaced. I have nothing but high regards for Elijah!

He was very nice and polite. He was very efficient. Very upset with Lowe’s for leaving items inside the washer that the tech had to pull out and clean up after their mess I pay for set up and delivery and this is what you get parts left inside. But I thank goodness for Sears t Tech that come and clean up
