Constraction reviews in El Paso, Texas

We always use Aztec excellent cement great service

Personal is very polite and professional, management was extremely knowledgeable. Highly qualified team of professionals to get you taken care of.

The office staff, Nelly, administrative assistant is very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT do business with these people. Nelly will give you incorrect quotes and will hang up on you, wasting valuable time!

I am from out of town. I was interested in doing business with this company. I called on a last minute to see if I could met with someone to discuss my needs. Without discussing the size of my project, The owner, Mr. Spencer, made time out of his busy schedule to met with me immediately. I was extremely impressed. No job is too small, and everyone is made to feel as an important client. After my meeting, I was able to research the company and find out they have won several awards here in El Paso, with the kind of attention to detail and making every possible client feel important, no wonder they stand out in this city as one of the best Companies to do business with!

Unfortunately, my experience with this company ended on very bad terms. Boundaries and professionalism were crossed in a way that caused significant personal harm and loss of trust. Owner's Actions did not align with stated values, which made it impossible to maintain trust. For that reason, I would not work with or recommend this company.

Highly recommended general contractor with a hardworking and reliable team. They handled our construction project smoothly and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. The craftsmanship is impressive and everything was completed exactly as planned.

Great service, excellent owners. Angel is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Support local businesses.

I have finally come across my go to contractors. I can finally feel at ease when I decide to start a new renovation project with this company. The owner is always on hand and the work is top notch. I love their vision...it is better than mine at times . Highly recommended 👌

We hired West Texas General Contractors, Angel and his team to replace the soffit and fascia boards on our house in July 2022. There was a large pile of construction debris left in our driveway and side of the house. Our contract states that all debris would be loaded and disposed of for no additional charge. There were many calls and texts between Angel (one of the owners) and my husband and we were given Angel’s word that it would be taken care of. After waiting more than three weeks with no results, we hired someone to load and haul everything away. The charge was $250.00 and I sent Angel a picture of the receipt. Once again Angel said that he personally would bring cash to our home and take care of it. I have called and sent additional texts and I’m still waiting for our $250.00!!

Fueron muy profesionales y mejoraron mis ideas respecto al proyecto. Quedamos muy contentos con el resultado. 😊

We couldn’t be happier with our backyard transformation! What started as a dry, unused space is now a beautiful, functional area we actually enjoy spending time in every day.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, which honestly meant a lot to us. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and the quality of the work really shows.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise while also making you feel taken care of throughout the process—but they did just that. This project wasn’t just an upgrade to our home, it genuinely changed how we use and enjoy our space.

If you’re thinking about upgrading your backyard, don’t hesitate. This team is the real deal.

They are very professional and maintained a clean work area. Did an amazing job on my pergola.

Very professional with quality work. Results driven. They got the project done fast. Already getting complements from the neighbors.

Very nice service and quality. Respectful at all times. And was flexible with our complicated schedule.

They did such an amazing job with our backyard. The pergola came Outstanding as well as the privacy fence. Turf is great quality and cement work is perfect. Looking forward to doing more work with the company.

We needed to add a full bath you our house and Terranova Construction Group understood what we wanted and needed like no one else… everyone was so kind and answered our questions and concerns immediately.
I would recommend them to everyone that needs a remodel or addition to their homes.

Terranova Construction fixed and upgraded my mom's kitchen sink. The old sink had a very old faucet that eventually reduced the water pressure to almost nothing. IT WAS LITERALLY FALLING APART. My mom now has a big, deep sink with a hose that can be removed and brought down to her liking. I am delighted with the end results. I am a very busy individual who cannot make trips to Home Depot / Lowe's to get the materials the construction team needs. Fortunately, Terranova Construction was able to shop for the materials, communicated very well with me, and was very thorough and efficient. The best part was that they hauled away the old kitchen sink, too. Will definitely be hiring them again for our next home project.

After looking at different companies and based on past experiences, we decided to move forward with Terranova Construction Group, and it was the right choice. Sebastian was professional, responsive, and very detail-oriented from start to finish. The interior remodeling work was high quality, well organized, and completed as promised. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Terranova Construction Group.

We are very pleased with our interior remodel. The price was great, project started and ended on time. The Crew paid attention to all details and was respectful and clean. I highly recommend the Terranova Construction Group and I will use them again.

We are very satisfied with the service. The finishes and the final result were exactly what they promised, and the materials used are of excellent quality. Sebastian addressed all of our questions and needs. Thank you for your service.
