I recently had some bathroom repair work on my tub that I needed. I called Pro-Reglazing I then sent the owner photos of what I needed. He gave me a very reasonable quote. An appointment was made to have a technician come to the house. He showed up at the time we scheduled and did very thorough and complete work. The final product was better than I dared to expect. Highly recommend them.

Pro-Reglazing is the total package; El Paso family owned, many years of service to the community reflecting excellence both at the front office and technician end of the business. We are so thankful that we decided on Pro-Reglazing for our tub which developed rust pitting and age related wear. Sandra from the front office was polite, quick and efficient in assessing the work, providing a very reasonable cost for the job and scheduling with stunning immediacy. Martin, the technician who did the work, arrived early, explained the job and took all the efforts to minimize any collateral effects of the job, mitigated the rust, and completed the prep and re-glazing in the time frame projected. The results are stunning. Martin was kind, professional and competent. He also advised us on a follow-on shower glazing project we will likely pursue with Pro-Reglazing that we had not previously considered as an option. Martin M. did an outstanding job reglazing our shower pan. He arrived on time and was very professional while performing the work. He made our shower pan look shiny and new while fixing some minor cracks. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was beyond my expectations.

Wow is what I can say..I had a chip in my tub and sink and contemplated on replacing them both. I am glad I changed my mind ! I am absolutely satisfied with the outcome. Martin our tech was prompt and courteous. He did an amazing job. I am pleased with the overall service. I highly recommend and the price is reasonable !

I needed assistance to measure and buy a cable, but there was no, after 40 minutes they told me what was the next day, there was only one cash register in service,If they are not going to have assistance after 7pm, it would be better if they did not open at that time.

Dont order a carpet or floor install thru them here the workers they have coming out to do the work don't even speak a lick of English and the women setting up the install dates are beyond rude and out of line . I think they need a reality check when WE are paying THEM to do a service they need to get off there high horse and realize they won't have a job if we as customers don't pay them. I am very dissatisfied in Home Depot. Needless to say we will be using Lowes in the future

Easy to find plumbing parts, fair prices, and close proximity to my house. Prices are generally lower than Lowe's.

The staff here is just amazing. It was all right.

We were having problems with our a/c unit. After hiring someone to fix the a/c and a lot of trouble shooting, the person recommended to hire an electrician to check the wiring. He recommended Mr. Renteria. We called Mr. Renteria. He came to the house; worked on the unit. The a/c seemed to be working okay. After a couple of hours the a/c stopped working again. Since Mr. Renteria gave us warranty on the labor, we called him again. He recommended changing the digital thermostat to a manual thermostat. We agreed. While his assistant was doing all the work by himself, Mr. Renteria spent the whole time complaining about customers and eventually starting talking down to us. Nothing was said to him at that moment. After his assistant installed the thermostat, we noticed that when the dial was set to "pump only", it was blowing cold air. And when the dial was set to "low", we would hear the pump only. It was clear that something was wrong. I mentioned it to Mr. Renteria. He didn't like it and began to insult us for hiring someone before him to fix the a/c; he insulted my family, and me. While he was busy arguing with me and insulting me, his assistant checked the wires. The assistant admitted to me that he had done the wiring wrong and apologized. I accepted the apology from the assistant and thank him for telling us about the mistake and for fixing it. Mr. Renteria was furious. He said he had nothing to apologize for because he did not make the mistake and his assistant should have not accepted the mistake because he could have been responsible for replacing the a/c unit. I cannot recommend Mr. Renteria based on his behavior and work ethics.
