Called Mr. Hernandez twice. First day didn’t respond to the pictures he had asked for. The second day, I had to reach out and luckily he answered.
We agreed on a price and a timeframe, which he never called or showed up. It’s ok, to get busy but some kind of communication would have been good.
We’re all busy as well and most of us don’t have the time to sit around and wait for someone that’s not going to show up.

Went in person to inquire about if they could do a small job for us. The man was outside and didn’t even offer to take us inside the business. He asked we text him our address so he could come to our home for an estimate at noon the following day. We’ve made several attempts by text and phone calls unanswered to confirm. Waiting until noon to see if he shuts up. It is 3/5 11:38 a.m.

I had such a great experience with this company! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The countertops are absolutely stunning! The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the team paid close attention to detail. I’m VERY happy with the final result- my kitchen looks amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work.
