We loved working with Tony, very professional. The cabinets and countertops were top notch, the cabinets actually arrived earlier than expected. The guys installed countertops perfectly and quickly and his
worker William excels in his performance with cabinet installation, tile work, appliance installing and painting. He is friendly and courteous, also keeps his work area neat. The Kitchen was totally remodeled and we are so pleased. We will definitely hire them again for any other remodeling projects.

Please stay away from this counter top and from the cabinet company that works with EKB, which is J&R cabinets. The quartz installers didnt get the size of the garbage disposal button hole right, they told us in order for them to come back we would have to pay for their mistake. There is an area of a big scratch that unfortunately we didn't catch till after they were done.
As for the cabinet installer.. please save yourself the nightmare of dealing with the Herreras at J&R kitchen cabinets. They dont take responsibility for anything and have a horrible attitude when you bring up issues (I don't have enough space here to go over all of them). Please don't do it!! I have provided some picture. Also, that you get won't be as sturdy and thick as the ones you see at the showroom. Be warned.

Beware potential customers do not order custom made items from this business without a written guarantee.Do not pay the full amount upfront until you receive and inspect your final order.I foolishly made both mistakes and lost thousands of dollars.I ordered a pedestal fountain and I received instead solid blocks of canta without any capacity to function as a water fountain? The order was also missing parts after inspecting. My order, I called the owner of Piedras Mundiales, Mr. David Narvaez to inquire why he delivered a non-functioning and incomplete product. He became defensive even raising his voice in order to silence me. He literally bullied me on the phone making sexist remarks about my intelligence as a woman. In the end I never received just compensation and ended up paying more than $2000 from an independent contractor to make the fountain operational. I had been a loyal customer of that business for more than 10 years. And naively expected a quality product. I am cautioning any potential customers that they should. Heed, my experience.

These guys are a total class act! Wonderful, wonderful experience all-around. So enjoyed visiting the showroom and boneyard (Chuck was an absolute delight.) and our granite countertop is a work of art. Every time I walk into the kitchen, I stop and marvel at it. Manny and Lalo were dream team installers-super efficient and competent and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Never write Yelp reviews but felt the urge to do so here because we had such an awesome experience. So thankful we discovered these guys!!!

Incredibly impressed with value, quality and service with this company. Our sales person was knowledgeable and kept in constant communication with the process. The owner Ed was on site an helped us pick the perfect marble piece. My installation was a full week early!

have had a very unprofessional experience with this company from both the cabinet and countertop install. The white quartz countertops were lying in the bed of a large truck when they arrived, not covered. The men installing were in an obvious rush and installed very quickly. They left debris in the front of the house and a mess in our kitchen. One section was a waterfall finish that was installed incorrectly, and they told us the cabinet people would fix the large gap btw the cabinets and counter. The owner of the countertop part of the business was not present and had these workers demand the rest of the payment at the time. When the owner followed up with these workers, they told him they were in a rush and didn't want to take the countertops back outside to cut them due to the weight. We waited several days to have the waterfall section fixed. They did not clean the countertops such as black gashes, rust color under the exposed under section, and did not repair the chips on the edges. They have yet to come back and fix the chips or clean the hard to remove residue and other marks. We have a contract with this company but like anything we have unfortunately already paid in full, and no one has come back to fix. After just a few months the paint on the cabinets are showing wear and tear where the handles are (pics). We regret going with this company. Family and friends have asked if we recommend and we have warned them to stay away from this company. Bad business practices.

Great product and price, bad installation, they measured wrong, had to cut our sheetrock to make it fit and they never used a level . When I showed the pictures to Carlos, he didn't care.

Very impressed with EKB Construction. Tony was prompt on our first appointment to inspect our kitchen remodeling project. Within a few days we had a detailed estimate to review. The cabinets were top quality and the install team was clean and courteous. The granite countertops were installed without any incidents and sealed and polished. I'd definitely recommend EKB Construction for your next kitchen project.

Worker broke my front door and drilled 6 additional holes in the frame. This was unrepairable, we had to replace our door out of pocket. We asked the business to pay us the difference of $150.00 for the damages to the coast of what we owed. The company sent threatening emails to my wife threatening to enter our home. The owner was vulgar and blamed 6 additional holed as the damage. This was the damage his worker did to my door. We showed him on camera how they broke the door then drilled additional holes. The company is threatening a lean on my property, so we contacted the BBB. We also filed a police report for the treats, the owner has a bad rap sheet beware.

Super satisfied with the business and the professionalism demonstrated by the two employees, Hector and Jose. They did an outstanding job which reflects on their work experience and attention to every detail involved in the accomplishment of their work. My kitchen cabinet looks super! Thank you!!

Impressed by the website and web review, unfortunately, a tepid review follows --- opportunity lost today when we drove across the city to visit the showroom at 2 PM on a Friday to look at countertops.

The Front Door was locked up tight --- sign said someone would be back to the store at 2:30 PM ... we continued on ... unlikely to return.

I needed my countertop replaced after I found a crack in it. Found this company on Yelp and he came out gave me a good price on the work. It was done in one day even do he estimate 2 days of work. They came did the job cleaned up after and my kitchen looks so much better now. The next time I need to upgrade something in my house I'm calling them back up again.

I contacted MR Stone who sent M & C Stonework. Left in a lurch with two cabinet doors that not only don't match my cabinets (that was the job we paid for) but they took my only paint and kept it. They promised to come back and complete the job and never returned. MR Stone sent out another cabinet guy to repair the mess but 2 months later they never returned either. $175 for 2 doors that don it match, look worse than my other cabinet doors, kept my paint, no hardware, don't open all the way, and weren't even sanded down. Integrity, honestly and commitment go along ways. Beware.

Excellent work, bad customer service. Where are the good companies where you used to be able to get both? We had an issue with our dishwasher after they finished the countertop installation. I called our sales rep who has been great by the way, and I got to speak with the president of the company who assured me that it was not them that created the problem and that their associates know better than to touch dishwashers during installation, that he would fire them. Long story short I paid for a plumber to fix an issue they caused.

Got my cabinets resurfaced and a new quartz coubtertop for an amazing price. Also threw in an undermount sink for way under retail value. The guys here get the job done correctly the first time will happily do business again!

We built a cabin in Ruidoso three years ago. The staff at 77 Stone provided us with efficient and excellent customer service. They made sure that all my concerns about details, deadlines, etc. were handled for me so that I did not have to worry. Wish all the subs had been as dedicated to us.
