Cummins Sales and Service

I was having an engine power problem with my 2021 Newmar coach 450 ISL so I pulled into El Paso Cummings on I-10 & Horizon. In less than a half hour Ricky Borrego service supervisor and Daniel his technician had us back on the road at no charge. Great service!

I have found Cummings off I-10 and Horizon to be very honest and trust worthy. I have been taking my RV there for a few years now for routine maintenance. They have always been very polite and communications with service advisors os over and above what I expected.

Lozenzo , nice guy promised me do not charge me for whole 2.5 h which is over $520 but for the time what it's takes to get fix. To connect the computer and to do few clicks and adjustments on parameters which take a 30-40 min . I was charged of other guy $437.40 and was a lot of understandable FEES . A day ago they did my computer calibration 2-3 hours , i was charged over ~250$ and today 30min to adjust few things on the same computer cost me another $437.40
