Rudy and his team have done all of the work in a major renovation in our home. He is totally reliable and the work is beautiful. He's had several great ideas for us. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Ruiz Electric is a top-rated, professional electrician! He expertly upgraded my breaker panel from 100 to 200 amps and relocated it from my backyard to the side of my house for improved accessibility and safety. His meticulous work transformed my electrical setup into a clean, efficient system, and he even took the time to trim unused phone and internet cables. With fair pricing and outstanding customer service, Ruiz Electric delivers 5-star quality workmanship every time. I highly recommend him for all your electrical needs!

Great work and fair pricing. Came in for an estimate, diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Other electricians wanted to add extra work and costs but none of that was necessary. Kept the cost low and fair and did great work. I will definitely be calling again when it's time for an upgrade.

Very disorganized company. Will set you up for failure and hire Guys without licenses and and have the guys that have a license work under for the guys without the license.

Company was installing wires in my neighborhood and left a big hole in my yard with exposed wire. When issue was brought up to them in person while working they declined to fill up the hole In my yard. They suck and are highly uneducated when it comes to communication.

Very reliable and professional company. My husband has worked here for around 5 years now and they have been awesome to us. Ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. After having my son I was home alone with him and had a seizure. Finally managed to find the number to the office, as my husband wasn't getting service in the basement of the building he was working in. The ladies were very nice and understanding, especially since Im sure i sounded rather off and probably hard to understand. Within minutes my husband was tracked down and sent home. His boss has never given him a hard time when he has needed to stay home or leave early when my epilepsy has gotten out of control or during pregnancy and after birth complications. They care about more than just money. They care about their employees and families too. To me, that speaks volumes. Now, thats personal experience. When speaking of the company from more of a professional stance, they are very "by the book" when it comes to the work they produce and the safety of their crews. Highly recommend, not just because of the personal experience I've had with them or my husband being employed by them but because, they truly are a great company all around.

Our business shipped $4,000 worth of specific electrical parts to them, we asked them to provide the work like they have done in the past for us. They did not show up to the job, they have not replied to at least 10 phone calls, and 10 emails. The receptionist will not transfer us to the operating manager directly. Not sure what to do now. I guess the BBB? Anyone have any suggestions?

Called on a Monday to request a quote for work I needed to be done. I was told I would receive a call back. They never called. I still needed the work done, so I called back that Friday. An operator answered the phone and after I explained to her what happened, she stated that the El Paso office should be open. She transferred me to their office and no one ever answered the phone. Not sure how these guys stay in business.

I was quoted a job that would take ten hours at the most. We needed two things 1) create a setup that allows us to project image from 2 computers to tv screen alternately and 2) hook up our existing fax line to an existing phone plate with out digital phone service. We later added the phone line request which should have only taken an hour or two (we later hired someone and it took him an hour). The first invoice charged us for more hours than they were actually there (11.5). They never showed up on the date they said they would for the additional phone line. After getting a bill for 17 1/2 hours for the original job, the projection onto a tv screen we had asked for, was not even working. Angel their tech guy told us we were not going to be able to get what we wanted. We ended up looking it up on line and muddling through projecting an image ourselves. Also, somehow they changed one line which i didn't want changed to the other number, and they never did get the phone lines working right. Their guys were trying to hook them up from the AT&T box in the back yard and I told them they needed to work with the router box that held the digital lines, but they spent hours working in the wrong area. I sent a detailed email to Mr. Caldwell who had billed me for 17.5 hours of which I had paid for 12, and he conceded I should pay for what I thought was fair. Considering they still didn't have it working and the estimated time frame wa 12 hour at the most, I thought this was fair, thinking they would make it work still. They never could make the phone lines work. The guy I hired afterwards worked from the digital AT&T box that was in the house, as I had told Caldwell employees, and fixed it all in one hour. I explained to Mr. Caldwell on the phone that he should actually reimburse me the phone charge I paid (2 hours) since his guys actually made it worse rather than give me what I wanted. He told me he would get back to me, and never did. This was 9 months ago and I have never heard from them since. This is really an overpriced company for what you get.
