I called to have an electrician go out to replace an electrical box, the representative that answers the calls asked for my name, address and said she would have someone go out on a Thursday. I called Thursday morning to make sure I was still scheduled due to the high winds they weren’t going to send anyone out which is understandable, she said she would call me to reschedule which she never did, I ended up looking for another electrician.
